Welcome to Villa Vista Mar King Suite — where sweeping Pacific Ocean views meet modern comfort in a lush tropical setting. This beautifully renovated upper-level unit is the crown jewel of the duplex, offering 700 sq. ft. of open-concept living just a short stroll from the beach.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with panoramic views of the ocean, Cathedral Point, and surrounding rainforest. Floor-to-ceiling tri-fold doors open to a Juliet balcony, inviting in natural light, ocean breezes, and unforgettable sunsets. Macaws, monkeys, and sloths are often visible from the suite, making this a truly immersive nature experience.

Open-Concept Living

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a four-burner stove, and a full-sized refrigerator — perfect for preparing local cuisine or enjoying a quiet dinner at home. The hardwood dining table offers generous seating, ideal for gathering and entertaining.

Through elegant double archways, the living area features:
• Custom trundle daybed (converts to twin configuration)
• Additional seating
• Flat-screen TV
• High-speed WiFi throughout the suite

The bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a plush pillow-top mattress and memory foam topper for restful nights. The renovated bathroom includes a stone-tiled shower and granite vanity for a clean, modern feel.

Three ceiling fans, two A/C units, and a dehumidifier help maintain comfort in the tropical climate. A multi-use electric outlet adapter with USB and USB-C ports is also provided.

Quaint Place - Great Location

We had a great stay. Took the bus to the beach each day and ate at the Agua Azul restaurant right above the apartment twice. Amazing food and views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Vila

We really enjoyed our stay in the king suite. The proximity to the main drag and view from the unit were amazing. We really liked Aqua Azul, Emilio’s and Quepoa restaurants. The Vila was well furnished. The only issues we had were construction noise and occasional smell of sewage near the pool, which resolved after they pumped. We would highly recommend this villa!

Amazing experience!

Perfect spot to stay in Manuel Antonio! Very nice and clean apartment, very helpful staff. Multiple delicious restaurants and a supermarket within 2 minute walk. Beach is less then 1 mile down the road. Highly recommend!

Villa El Parque 14up

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and the bus station. Beautiful view of the ocean. Saw monkeys nearly everyday, including the one that tried to open our sliding glass door. Loved having the A/C units and the dehumidifier. The concierge, Geralyn, was very helpful and responsive. We had a problem with our internet one night, and Geralyn had the internet company out the very next day to replace the router. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it.

Great place to be!

Great Condo with everything you need. Great spot, a lot of life, restaurants, shops aso around. Great view on the ocean. Geralyn, our concierge was helping us for everything we need, also during our arrival at 1:30 AM. Highly recommend for a couple as well as family with up to 2 kids.

Incredible Trip

This property was lovely. The concierge Geralyn was incredibly helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The location was excellent - walking to shops, restaurants, etc. The pool is conveniently located just at the base of the steps. Really great space!!

Wonderful Location

This was a wonderful location in the middle of town. Incredible views and a short walk (although a lot of stairs) to get to some fantastic restaurants. A convenience store was right outside the property to get any groceries we needed. Geralyn was very helpful and coordinated lots of excursions for us including a great place at the beach with umbrella and chairs. Would highly recommend.

Location, location, location

We had such an amazing experience. We had a car but wasn’t absolutely necessary (just added flexibility). The unit was located within walking distance of so many restaurants. Easily could have walked to the park, but we were picked up by tours. Concierge was amazing. Proved to be a sounding board and helped with last minute ideas. Such a great overall experience!

At first I was disappointed that property wasn’t as luxurious as another place I stayed at day before, but location location location !!!! Grocery, restaurants, and beach within easy walking distance!!!! Awesome property with kitchen, quiet, solid AC… what an amazing stay!!!! Geralyn the concierge goes above and beyond!!!!!!!!!!

Manuel Antonio Get away

Everything was just as advertised. Location to the beach, park and all the activities (restaurants, hotels and shops) was awesome. Only hitch was addresses are pretty much don't exist in Costa Rica. Make sure you have the what's App to communicate and locate the property. But I would definitely recommend this property as a vacation stay.

Everything was great but the pool

Our concierge Geralyn was excellent. She arranged transportation and activities with professionalism and ease. The condo was perfect for our family and very convenient for the city bus to the beach. Lots of great restaurants very close walking distance. We recommend everything except the pool which smelled like sewage and was not a pleasant experience. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent Place in Manuel Antonio with Views

From beginning to end, this was a wonderful stay. Geralyn was so responsive and helpful with everything—transportation from the airport, booking tours, and taxis. The place is perfect for a trip to Manuel Antonio. It is right in the center of a bunch of great restaurants and shops and just a short walk away from the beach. We loved waking up and drinking our coffee with the views of the ocean. We stayed here for 5 nights over the New Year’s holiday week. We were two adults and our 12-year-old boy. We all enjoyed it and it was a perfect size place for us. I liked that it was the top villa, so we didn’t have noise above us and we had nice views. Everything was great and I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a visit to Manuel Antonio.

Stay at Espadilla beach

The location is ideally placed with proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping. We needed all three as we were travelling with two toddlers and they enjoy the beach a lot. Our concierge Geralyn was in touch even before our trip and started and helped us set-up activities. Kudos for that, we thoroughly enjoyed both the activities. They also quickly helped us when we weren't able to find the keys so the on-call support is excellent. Thanks much for being flexible on the late check-out as well. We will definitely keep the location in mind on our next visit. Thank You Steve, Renee, Geralyn and Sabrina.

Villa Vista Mar

Great central location in the heart of restaurants and stores. Large communal pool was lots of fun and right down the stairs. Property was spacious. However, we were traveling with two small kids and didn't realize there was only one bedroom. Then it was a daybed + pull out in the main room for the other beds. Not a huge deal but live music from a nearby restaurant at night was loud. Washing machine was rusty but worked. Overall, this property felt a little dated but worked just fine for the few nights we were there!

VIEWS a perfect location in Manuel Antonio

It's even better than we expected! The view is gorgeous – open the panoramic sliding doors to see jungle canopy tops and ocean views. Plus, we saw monkeys, a sloth and parrots. The condo is super comfortable - spacious, well-appointed and great AC! Even though it's a multi-unit – it was quiet and private. There's a nice pool – super clean and relaxing. Cleaning service and laundry service are also available. Our concierge, Geralyn, was excellent. She not only gave us great recommendations (like the best beach spot and ideas for tours), she was super quick to respond. She met us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed.Recommended by Geralyn – Right around the corner is Emilios cafe – which looks unassuming from the outside, but has amazing views, fabulous food and outstanding service. (Shout out to Yen and Steven!) In walking distance are several restaurants and bars, a yoga studio and spa, market and everything you need. there are buses and most of the tour companies will pick you up on the property. This a great place!

This property exceeded my expectations! The condo itself is cozy, well maintained, and very clean. We *thought* we had an issue with the toilet (false alarm) and Geralyn had someone there to take a look within 20 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful-such a pleasure! The pool is well maintained, warm, and inviting! However-as mentioned in another’s review-you will catch a whiff of septic every now and again. It’s not from the pool or pool restrooms. I believe it’s just the actual septic and no ones fault. Views were incredible. I probably could have sat in front of the balcony all day and watched the ocean/wildlife. Area is very safe, lovely, and there are tons of dining options and/or shopping opportunities within walking distance or a short car ride. We highly recommend Cafe Milagro. (we had breakfast there every morning! The espresso shake was 10/10 as well as the banana pancakes with macadamia nuts!) There are so many opportunities for activities to keep you busy and make your dream vacation a reality! (We suggest Playa Biesanz Beach, taking a horseback ride down the beach on Playa Espadilla, a Mangrove Boat Tour, and zip lining!) If you need help with ANYTHING, Geralyn will assist you, just ask! I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this rental. Our vacation was exactly what we hoped for and more! ~Pura Vida~

Perfect Vacation Property!

My B/F and I stayed in this condo for 4 nights on our first trip to Costa Rica, the condo and location were absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully furnished with a new kitchen, a SUPER comfortable bed and even 2 beach towels for guests to use. The location in my opinion is the best you can get in Manuel Antonio, sits on a hill with the most spectacular views, steps away from the best bars and restaurants, and SPA in town. We had a rental car but there is no need for one, we won't be getting one next time we come. Everything you need is within walking distance or a 60 cent bus ride which stops every 15 mins. Sabrina the property coordinator was just wonderful to work with. Coming to a new country where you have so many questions on what to do and how things work can be a bit overwhelming. Sabrina was always very responsive to my questions leading up to the trip and was such a help once we got to the condo. She was available 24/7 for anything we needed and had great suggestions on places to go, things to do, booking tour reservations etc.. I can't imagine our trip having gone so well without her there! We will absolutely be coming back and plan to stay in this same condo. I highly recommend staying in a place like this vs. a hotel. The price is very reasonable for what you get and with a 24/7 concierge. I highly recommend Cafe Milagro just up the street, we ate there almost every day and they have live music every night from 7-9. The owners are from Colorado and super nice!
