The home was absolutely perfect for enjoying Missoula fully and having enough space. From the bedding to the two different types of coffee pots the home is equipped to accommodate anyone. Fantastic place!

Great place, great stay
This property is located right downtown: super convenient but also with a nice view of the river and mountains. If you like to people-watch, Bess Reed Park is right across the street and gives a nice feel to the neighborhood.
The unit is brand new and in immaculate condition. It has a very modern feel - a friend said it felt a bit "sterile" - but that really just comes down to your taste. The kitchen was very well-equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of cookware. The living room is also nice with a 55" TV, a snazzy electric fireplace and seating for 4 or 5 people. There are three bedrooms - one on the first floor, two on the third floor - and each has its own full bath, including dual sinks in the master bath.
Our hosts were super friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the Blu-ray player in the living room, and a couple of hours later Amy dropped by with a new replacement player.
A+, would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this vacation rental. From start to finish the process was a breeze. Clean and spacious! The beds were so cozy and having a third bathroom was fantastic while getting our family ready in the morning. The location was perfect within walking distance to coffee, parks, and food! We didn’t want to leave! It will definitely be our home away from home while visiting Missoula in the future!
Modern, Well-Appointed, Great Location!
This townhome is really a gem in a wonderful location in Missoula. A 3-minute walk gets you to the main drag of downtown. Bess Reed park is right outside the front door and the Clark Fork River runs right by. The townhome is brand-spanking new and is appointed with incredibly comfortable linens and designer furniture. A coffee bar allowed me to start my day off right and the kitchen was stocked with everything I would need to cook a meal. A really neat fixture was the electric fireplace below the large smart TV in the living room--it really provided a relaxing, cozy atmosphere after a rough day of work to catch up on my Netflix and Amazon shows. The garage was also a nice feature so I didn't need to search for street parking. As I was alone I only used the master bedroom but larger groups would be able to take advantage of the downstairs bedroom (queen bed from the listing) and the second bedroom upstairs which had a cool-looking bunk bed that was a queen/full combo. So lots of sleeping space for larger groups. Can't say enough about this place--I only wish my stay was longer. When I return to Missoula, I'll definitely book this townhome again (and I might just bring the rest of the family)!
