Winter sale!!! GORGEOUS MOUNTAIN VIEW HOME IN PREMIER MISSOULA NEIGHBORHOOD

Gorgeous Mountain View custom-built home 5 minutes from downtown Missoula. This 5 bedroom, 5 bath 5000+sq foot home is nestled in the mountains of Grant Creek on the way to Snowbowl Ski Resort. Perfect for family and friends to gather and relax in a quiet, beautiful, light-filled, and cozy space. The main floor has a generous great room with a huge rock fireplace. Hang out and play over 30 board games or watch tv on the 55-inch screen.
There is plenty of seating for meals at both the kitchen table, kitchen bar, and dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, convection oven, microwave oven and instant hot water. On the deck is a clean BBQ for all your grilling needs. Also on the main floor are a mudroom with a full-sized washer/dryer, 2 half bathrooms, and the Master Suite. Quiet and private the Master Suite features a King size bed and cozy sitting area. The quiet and private Master Suite bathroom has double sinks, a large tub, and a spectacular steam shower to relax your achy muscles after an epic adventure filled day! Stairs from the Master lead to a sparkling clean hot tub. Relax at day's end and enjoy the night sky with almost no light pollution. GORGEOUS!
Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everyone has plenty of room for quiet time when they need it. The backyard is large and flat if you want to play soccer, bocce ball, frisbee, or whatever you enjoy. The big driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars if needed but you may want to park on the street when you use the basketball hoop for a game of HORSE. We have 2 blue cruiser bikes for your enjoyment. From the house you can walk or bike down to the creek and onward to Starbucks for a latte if you so desire (1.8 miles). The home is very close to both the Clark Fork and Bitterroot Rivers. The Blackfoot River and Rock Creek are also a close drive away. There are activities galore in and around Missoula: fishing, walking, paddle boarding, swimming, hiking, running, biking, skiing (down and cross country), golfing, and white water rafting: the opportunities are endless. Missoula is a vibrant college town!!! It has something for everyone: delicious restaurants, funky coffee shops, hidden gem thrift stores, low to high-end retail shops, breweries, University of Montana Sports, Missoula Paddleheads baseball, Children's Museum, Splash Waterpark, live music, bookstores, theater, parks, carousel, ETC. Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, is only an hour away(53 miles). Glacier National Park is 118 miles.

Great Missoula getaway for Thanksgiving!

This was a fantastic house to have our family come join for Thanksgiving. Many of them are in Missoula and some of us came in from Oregon and Washington. The house is very well-stocked and the kitchen worked out great. The owner is extremely friendly and there were nice touches of decorations and treats in the house. This worked out great for us. Thanks!

Great family gathering place for a wedding

My eldest daughter got married just outside of Missoula, and this property couldn’t have been better for our family. While we weren’t on site a significant amount of time, it was quite pleasant and welcoming when we were there. Thank you to our host and all of her efforts to make our stay special.

Great stay in Missoula

Stayed at the property with a group of eight for four nights while riding motorcycle in the area. Heidi was very quick to get back to any questions that I had and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Perfect

Fantastic home for a large family. We spent a long weekend in Missoula celebrating our daughter’s wedding. Beautiful views out the large picturesque windows. Kitchen very well stocked. Homeowner was great at communicating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this house again!!!

This is a fabulous property. The hostess was helpful in every way. The house is absolutely beautiful and everything we wanted to do was not far away, airport included. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful getaway in Missoula!

My wife and I, my brother and his family (wife and two children 9 and 11 years old), and my best friend all stayed in this house while we visited Missoula for fly fishing and some R&R. Every couple and single person had their own room. The house is amazing. Very clean, plenty of space. It had a beautiful scenic view of the mountains and it’s close to the airport and downtown Missoula (just a short 5-10 minute drive). We used the yard to play games with the kids and we used the living room to have fun as a family before bed. The house is modern, updated and very comfortable with all the amenities that you would expect. The host was very gracious and a great communicator. We will be staying here again when we come back to Missoula.

Magical Memories Made....

Our family of 12, children & grandchildren, met in Montana from 2 parts of California and Oregon to celebrate my husband's birthday. This house is wonderfully set up for multiple families. The living area is conducive to everyone being together. The kids had a blast in the large yard, even in the rain. The house is well stocked. They do need to put together a new book with house "instructions". We didn't have any so had to bug the owners a lot. We couldn't have found anything better or nicer for our family gathering.

Nice Property!

Communication with Heidi was great and she left out tons of toys and games for my kids (ages 4-7). Shelves full of kids books, too -- they loved it! Plenty of space for our group of 9 (5 adults, 4 kids). House is clean and comfortable and well-stocked. Homey touches too; it doesn't look like a sterile rental. Loved the light-filled great room and the sunrise views. Recommended!

Beautiful Home, Great Host, perfect for family gathering

We stayed here as a family get away, meeting with kids, grandkids from various states-10 in all. The home was perfect. Plenty of common space for gathering, and privacy for us in the master when the kids stayed up. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most of our meals in, and the grill with deck was wonderful. And the hot tub, and the big yard, and and and. The beds were comfortable and the shower in the main was fab. Heidi was a great host, good communication, and did a few extra things to make us feel even more at home. 5 stars for sure.

Wonderful home and experience in Missoula

Our entire group of 8 adults and 3 children loved this home and everything that came with it! The space was large and easily accommodated our family whether we were together in the family room, kitchen, dining areas or outside. Heidi was great to work with and always responded to questions right away. She also ensured that we were as comfortable as possible during our entire stay. The location of the home provided incredible views and conveniently close to town for all of the things was wanted to do. The property was in great condition. We felt spoiled to stay here! We'd highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling to Missoula or the surrounding area.

Family Wedding in Missoula

This was our first VRBO stay and our first time in Missoula. Heidi made the process seamless. She checked in with us prior to and throughout our visit by text. I greatly appreciated this. She recommended convenient places to shop for groceries and essentials which served us well. The house was immaculate, fully equipped and well appointed. It accommodated our large family with ease. Between wedding activities, the house provided us with a quiet space and bucolic views. The bride and groom are settling in Missoula so we will be return visitors - and will stay here whenever available.

Wonderful retreat

We had a fabulous relaxing weekend at this beautiful and spacious home. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Missoula. We also enjoyed being so close to Snowbowl ski mountain which was only a 20 minute drive up the road. After spending the day skiing, we came back to soak in the hot tub and relaxed in the great room while enjoying views of the snowy mountains outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and cozy and we slept very well as the neighborhood is very quiet. We explored the cute shops in downtown Missoula and had a yummy dinner at 1889 and a great salad lunch at Basal. We were there this time for skiing but would love to come back in the summer as there are many great hiking trails nearby as well as rivers for swimming and rafting. This house is the perfect location for a large family vacation or extended family reunion! Thank you Heidi and Dan for making our stay so amazing!

Montana mountain top

The location of this gorgeous home at the top of the subdivision afforded incredible views in every direction. And we weren't the only ones who loved the view. Every day we saw deer walking around the neighborhood at peace with us humans. The home and fenced yard were outstanding for our family. The great room had windows that invited all of Montana's big skies in; the kitchen was marvelous and well-appointed; the outdoor patio and grill were cozy and had incomparable views; the laundry/mud room was heaven sent for shoes, toys, and, of course, laundry. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and lovely, especially the first floor master. The home was generously stocked with paper goods, garbage bags, soap and all necessaries. Our host was more than accommodating to us. She provided cribs, games, books, a slip and slide!, basketballs and soccer balls. It was kid paradise. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain home and hope to return someday.

Snowy Family Reunion in Grant Creek

We had a perfect stay at this gorgeous home in Grant Creek! We felt miles away from town with gorgeous mountain views yet downtown Missoula was just a short 10 minute drive. This house was spacious and clean and truly met all our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs and we loved the open concept as we could all visit and be together while meals were being prepared. We sure enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and soaking in the crystal clear hot tub. The steam shower was a bonus in the master bedroom! The bedrooms were spacious and all the beds were very comfortable. We had 6 adults and 4 littles (including an infant) in our party and we were thrilled at how child friendly the house was. The owners had thoughtfully placed baby gates for us, there was a high chair, travel crib, kids dinnerware, games and puzzles, and a huge fenced in yard perfect for snowy outdoor fun. The mud room was large and had tons of hooks to hang and dry snow gear. It was also a bonus that the master suite was on the opposite side of the house so it remained quiet and peaceful with all the kids upstairs. There were endless walking trails right out of the front door and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. It felt very private! Heidi and Dan were gracious, hospitable hosts and provided us with everything we needed. They checked in regularly and were available for any questions or concerns. We can’t thank them enough for such a memorable family vacation! We would highly recommend this property and hope to rent it again in the future!

Luxury and comfort!

We have stayed in lots of vrbos all over the country and this house has been our absolute favorite! It has EVERYTHING you will need or want for your stay in Missoula! Comfortable beds, beautiful setting, clean, quiet neighborhood, super easy check in and out…the list goes on. We stayed here with our family and had a blast! Everyone slept well! The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were good quality. The bedrooms had room darkening shades, so our kids slept in late. We chose to keep the blinds open in the master and wake up to the incredible views out the back windows. We saw deer and wild turkeys grazing out back. The 2 king beds was a huge bonus too. The house is beautiful and well designed. It is up to date and clean. There is lots of room to spread out and cozy spots to hang out together. The windows and view are amazing, the pictures online don’t do it justice. You must see it to believe it! We enjoyed reading on the comfortable couches and watching our favorite shows on the big tv. There is lots of seating for dining as well! The kitchen has everything you need! Lots of dishes and pans for any meal. It is just like being at home, but in a beautiful Sunset magazine home! We loved all the extras this house provided as well. The hot tub was a hit after a long day and was super clean and easy to use. Showers were amazing and had great water pressure. The location is awesome! We visited the University of Montana and the adorable downtown. There is so much to do and so many yummy restaurants to try. It is so easy and close to everything, but it feels like you are way out in the country at the same time. It was nice to be able to take a walk or hike right from the house or drive a short distance to walk along the river that runs through town. Snow Bowl is also just a short way up the mountain. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the lap of luxury close to all Missoula has to offer! Thank you, Heidi and Dan, for this amazing place!!
