The Space: If you are looking to enjoy the amenities of Anchorage but still be close to Anchorage's wild life and wilderness, this is the home for you. During the winter, access the extensive trails of the city for cross country skiing, mountain biking or walking, by walking out the back gate. In the summer, it's an enjoyable walk to appreciate and play in the North Fork of Campbell Creek, hike the Dome, Wolverine Peak, Near Point, Gas Line Trail, Anchorage Botanical Gardens and the Tank Trail(with JBER access). It's less than a 1/2 mile to be in Far North Bicentennial Park which is filled with a huge diversity of wildlife.
