Gorgeous Ocean Front Condo on 17th floor, with Marshland Views.

This 17th floor beauty has 2 bedrooms and is a beautiful condo at "The Brigadune". Brigadune is close to shopping, and walking distance to restaurants, bars and nighttime entertainment. We are off the beat and path in a secluded area of the beach. Take a short stroll down the beach to the "swash inlet' and feed the seabirds or just watch the tides change and create tidal pools full of minnows. This is a great place to introduce your little ones to the ocean!
Our unit has a modern Spa Master Bath with a heated floor and features adjustable front facing shower heads, hand held shower, rain shower, and steam shower. Then wrap yourself in a hot towel off the heated towel rack after a long day on the beach.
The well appointed gourmet kitchen has an induction cooktop, separate ovens, microwave, dishwasher and large French door stainless steel fridge.
While standing at the kitchen sink, you will get the feeling of being on a cruise ship!
A front loading washer & dryer is located inside the unit in the hall. PLEASE REMOVE ALL SAND from clothing before using washer.
Our large balcony has teak furniture with deep cushions and is the perfect place to start your day off with coffee, or end it with a cocktail as you listen to the rolling surf.
The master bedroom (ocean front) has a king size bed with built in storage under, and the marsh side bedroom has a California king (both memory foam mattresses).
A movable single bed has memory foam mattress and opens from a leather ottoman.
We have large smart TV’s located in living room as well as both bedrooms. WIFI is available and we have a google mini personal assistant for your enjoyment.
The dining room features a Pottery Barn table and chairs and is large enough to accommodate everybody for dinner.
There are too many features to mention. Just come stay with us and see for yourself! We know you will enjoy everything there is to offer here at Myrtle Beach, but from the quiet end of the beach!

Beautiful two bedroom oceanfront condo. Unit is very up to date and rainforest shower is wonderful. Wi-fi was spotty but who needs the internet when you are at the beach?

Great Stay

I had a great stay. The condo/apartment was nicely renovated in a building that's beginning to show it's old age. The condo owner (Mary R) was great. She was very welcoming and responsive to my questions and concerns. This would have definitely been called an excellent stay if I hadn't had annoying technical issues with the TV entertainment system. Mary offered to fix the issue, but due to COVID I preferred not to have additional people accessing the property while we were there.

I’m sorry about the new Spectrum remote not working with our surround sound system, on one of the 3 TV’s and causing problems for you. I am disappointed you gave us our first 4 star...that hurts. The problem was an easy fix by simply bypassing the sound box. I’m sorry we were not allowed in to correct the problem while you were there. It was corrected the day you checked out, as you requested.

Beautiful Condo

We visited Myrtle Beach in mid-August. The condo was just as described on the listing. It is on the 17th floor so be aware if you don't like heights. The elevators are very nice, smooth and quick. We never had to wait. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice with high end fixtures. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals (although we ate out most of the time). The owner, Mary, was so pleasant to deal with and she was very quick to respond to any questions we had. She even provided some things that most other condos don't provide. Little touches such as shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We didn't use the second bathroom, but she had a little box with a razor, shaving cream, toothbrush/toothpaste and hair ties, etc. We were really impressed with the little touches. She had things for the beach and an umbrella just in case it rained. The linen and towels were very nice...not the cheap, thin kind. It was nice to go swimming in the pool. As far as we could tell it was the only condo complex with a pool. There were chairs/umbrellas that could be rented on the beach. We decided not to use that service. There's a pier you can walk to from the beach and in the other direction, an inlet, where you can collect shells (you do have to watch as sometimes the current is pretty strong). Mary has a wonderful, beautiful condo and the special touches made the difference! The week we stayed, there was some condo maintenance going on so it was a bit noisy and dusty in the hallway (but nicely cleaned up by the crew). We weren't in the condo for long during those hours so it was only a slight inconvenience. Also, although the pool was very nice, there were days when we could smell the garbage from the garbage containers from the condo complex next door. Not very pleasant when you're trying to relax. That is something that can not be controlled. Mary, thank you for opening your condo for others to enjoy. We really appreciated your promptness in responding to our many questions and the special touches you provided to make our stay relaxing. We would not hesitate to stay in your condo again and would recommend it to family and friends! Take care and God bless you and your family!!

Great beach condo!

The condo was exactly as described and pictured: very modern and spacious, well-stocked with essentials and extras, and great views from the 17th floor. I’m pretty sure this unit has the best master bathroom in the building! We loved the spacious shower and towel warmer. The communication prior to and during our trip was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Would Rent Again

I have stayed at various units at Brigadune over several years. This was my first visit for this unit and host. The photos are accurate, the check in/out process was smooth. Both beds mattresses were very comfortable (a rare find for all beds). The host, Mary, is very responsive which is critical for me in renting any VRBO property. The large balcony was wonderful for watching sunrises and sunsets. This is a great place to enjoy your stay at Myrtle Beach.
