We bought this home because it met all the requirements for our family of six: enough beds and baths, close location to the park, tennis, small cul-de-sac, and separate spaces for kids and adults.
The location at 7 Sumac Lane is excellent as you are able to walk out the back door for a short walk to Fort Rock Park and even a shorter walk to Tennis Hill. This location allowed us the ability to take our young kids to the park and return home for restroom use, naps, snacks, or even forgetting an item, without issue.
The house offers 3500 square feet with enjoyment from sunsets and sunrises form either front or back decks, allows enough space for both adults and kids. With five bedrooms, four baths, a great master suite, and plenty of potential to grow, the buying decision was easy.
One of the garages was immediately turned into a play area with air hockey, foosball, ping-pong, along with many different outdoor athletic equipment to keep everyone busy and entertained. This area is not heated nor cooled or have space for cars. The 2nd garage is not available.
I have been coming to Sunriver since 1973, and have stayed at many different homes, this is a great friendly family home.
