NO cable service

Please come and enjoy our house in the northern end of Sunriver. The house is just North of Fort Rock Park and Tennis Hill. Walk to the park, basketball, baseball field, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts. The pickelball courts can be seen through the trees from our back deck. Our house is on a circle with eight houses; perfect for young kids riding bikes.

The split level house offers 3500 square feet of living space, which includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, one living/dinning room and a kitchen opened to a family room.

The downstairs family room will host kids with their own TV for games and movies. There is a PS3 hooked-up on to a Fire Stick TV.

The back of the house offers a top deck with access from the kitchen/dinning room, family room and master bedroom. The covered patio below has access from downstairs family room and with stairs from upper deck.

The hot tub is on a split level deck and can be easily accessed from the downstairs family room, master bedroom and upper family room.

Play Area: The smaller garage is finished (not heated or AC) and has foosball, ping pong table, air hockey, refrigerator, and chairs. A GREAT space for kids. There are also four adult bikes, 1 toddler bike, one bike trailer (fits 2 toddlers) and a stroller.

No garage space for cars. First garage is not available for guests. Second garage is a play room. There is a reachable regular outlet to charge cars

There are plenty of books, board games, puzzles, tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketballs, and DVD's for your enjoyment. For the little ones there is a highchair, booster seat, play pen and an umbrella stroller.

SUMMER MONTHS: 5 night minimum and your days are not into the following week. No split weeks and no mid week check-in. All 5-7 days must be within the same week from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday. Check-in times are M-F 4:00 PM, Saturday and Sundays 5:00PM. Check out 10AM Monday - Sunday
OUTSIDE SUMMER MONTHS: Check in/out times can be adjusted as long as there are no back to back reservations
**NO PETS of any kind and No Smoking in or on the property** No visiting pets, no pets in the garage, no pets in crates, none. Deposit will not be returned.

***Strict cancellation policy is for Summer and Holiday seasons. Outside these seasons, cancel 14 days before arrival to received a full refund.

Spring ski trip

Nice home with a great layout and separation of space with downstairs living room. Bedroom sizes were roomy, and beds were comfy. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub, BBQ, and game room were great!

Perfect Home for large group

We loved this house. There were 9 of us and everyone had their own space. It was spacious and everyone could do different things in different spaces.Lots of fun games in the garage, great bikes and multiple board games upstairs - so much to do. Stocked with enough dishes, glasses and silverware for all of us. Great location as we could walk to Fort Rock!We absolutely loved it.

This house is wonderful for family fun. We were able to spread out as needed due to three living spaces! (ie, teenagers had their own hang out space on the bottom floor!) Nicely equipped kitchen too.

Amazing return

Great Sunriver home

Family tradition

This is our third year taking our kids and grandkids and our second in this house. It’s perfect for our big family! Close to the park, and a nice bike ride to the village. We love this house so much we’ve already booked it for next year:)

Great Family Home

This house was perfect for grandparents, children and grandchildren. Lots of games, a garage full of games and even swings on the lower patio. The upper deck is large and private. It was all great.

Absolutely amazing stay. Couldn't have found a better place. Questions asked and responded to wirhin a day. Perfect location, everything you would ever need. Great house for a multi-generation vacation!

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 10 including grandparents and grandkids. There was plenty of space for us to gather together to play a game or watch the Olympics but also plenty of room to spread out for separate activities. The beds were very comfortable and overall everything was wonderful. We were hoping to be a little closer to the park, we could see if but little legs in our group had a hard time making the walk back after playing so we opted for the short drive.

Great place for a crowd

We've stayed at SR between Christmas and New Year's for more than 20 years in a row. This was a nice place that was able to accommodate our group of adults. It was very clean. The upstairs space was a bit broken up to allow for seating for all of us at once but the downstairs was great. The only reason for the downgrade was the age of the appliances in the kitchen. And if you're a tea drinker, you'll need to bring your own teapot or electric kettle! Overall, great house and great location.

Annual family trip

This house is perfect for our 6 adults and 6 kids. The three separate living areas are great for accommodating everyone and our different activities. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is clean and comfortable. The deck and hot tub are perfect. This is our 2nd time at this house (we waited too long and couldn’t get it last year). Jennifer is a dream to work with. We have already booked for next year.

Great floor plan

The property was nice. We had 3 generations of family, ages 73-2. Everyone had their space. We were centrally located near to all Sunriver had to offer - easy bike ride or walk. The kitchen had all the cooking ware needed. It was a quiet cul-de-sac that the children enjoyed riding their bikes. We would stay there again.

Super House for our family.

We had a very relaxing and fun five days at the house. House has all the amenities you need. It is close to everything we wanted in Sunriver. We had a problem with the air conditioning on one of the very hot days, but the property manager, Jennifer, got on top of it and had the air conditioning people over working on it on a couple of different occasions that day. Thank them for getting that going.

As a young boy I would come to Sunriver with my parents for biking, swimming and rafting in the summer and skiing in the winter and spring breaks. I knew when I got older I would love to own my own home in Sunriver for my family; I believe we found the perfect family friendly home.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home because it met all the requirements for our family of six: enough beds and baths, close location to the park, tennis, small cul-de-sac, and separate spaces for kids and adults.

The location at 7 Sumac Lane is excellent as you are able to walk out the back door for a short walk to Fort Rock Park and even a shorter walk to Tennis Hill. This location allowed us the ability to take our young kids to the park and return home for restroom use, naps, snacks, or even forgetting an item, without issue.

The house offers 3500 square feet with enjoyment from sunsets and sunrises form either front or back decks, allows enough space for both adults and kids. With five bedrooms, four baths, a great master suite, and plenty of potential to grow, the buying decision was easy.

One of the garages was immediately turned into a play area with air hockey, foosball, ping-pong, along with many different outdoor athletic equipment to keep everyone busy and entertained. This area is not heated nor cooled or have space for cars. The 2nd garage is not available.

I have been coming to Sunriver since 1973, and have stayed at many different homes, this is a great friendly family home.

What makes this property unique

Multi level back deck, front deck, covered patio with two swings, granite kitchen, A/C, space for all with a lower level area for kids, and plenty of seating. Plus a play area complete with air hockey, ping pong, & foose ball. Plenty of sports balls and tennis rackets too.

The upstairs offers two great spaces for adults to spread out. First area is open to the kitchen and offers a view of a big screen. The second area is adjacent to the front deck and dining room which offers a nice quiet space for reading or conversations away from a TV.

Our #7 Sumac Lane, Sunriver, Oregon home offers five bedrooms with actual bed space for 12. We know that our guests will enjoy their vacation while staying comfortably in our home.

We manage our own home and enjoy working with our guests and feel grateful we are able to share our home with other families.
