Beautiful large home on private lot! Our family loved our stay at this property. Upstairs is a massive private master suite with office space, sitting area, gas fireplace and tons of room. Downstairs had its own master bedroom that opened to the private back deck and hot tub. Our kids loved the bunk bed room and tons of toys and old video games. Plenty of room for both our families both inside and out, close to everything.

I have rented several properties in SunRiver. This is the second time to stay at this property. We chose to stay again because it was a great size and layout. Unfortunately the home has not been kept up. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early, but upon arrival we were met with dirty dishes (coffee and food still on mugs and silverware). Sparse kitchen supplies overall. The patio furniture was in complete disrepair. One table was falling down with a sign that said “do not use”. The lounge chairs were rusted and the fabric was torn away from the frame so that it was not usable. The hot tub cover was flaking off so that each time it was opened flakes of the cover fell into the hot tub and had to be scooped out. The hot tub was otherwise clean. We typically grill in SunRiver but we were unable to because the grill was completely rusted out and pieces of it were broken. The carpet in the family room was dirty. It had large stains and felt dirty to the touch. We used blankets to sit on the floor to watch movies. The sink in the primary bathroom would not drain properly.I reached out to the owner twice. I was assured the home was clean. It was not. I was provided a list of improvements since we rented the home in 2020, including the patio furniture and central AC. We rented while it was snowing in 2020 so we didn’t even know the home did not have AC. I have sent photos to the homeowner with no response.

We’re so glad you found us. We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped space right in the heart of Sunriver, where guests can truly relax and feel at home in one of Central Oregon’s most beloved destinations.

We pay close attention to the details — from a thoughtfully stocked kitchen to fresh linens — because we know the little things make a big difference when you’re away from home. Whether you’re here to explore the trails and lava fields of the High Desert, hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor, float the Deschutes, or simply unwind under those famous Central Oregon skies, we want your home base to be just right.

We’re responsive, respectful of your privacy, and always available if you need anything during your stay. Whether you’re here for a quick weekend getaway or a longer adventure, our goal is simple: make sure you have everything you need for a great experience in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most spectacular corners.

We love hosting guests in this special part of Oregon and take genuine pride in the reviews we’ve earned. We hope you’ll be our next happy guest!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Sunriver is simply one of the best basecamp communities in the Pacific Northwest. We love that it puts you minutes from Mt. Bachelor’s world-class skiing, the wild beauty of Newberry Volcanic Monument, and the laid-back float-trip vibe of the Deschutes River — all in one place. The resort itself has miles of paved bike paths, an amazing aquatic center, and a village with great dining and shops, so there’s genuinely something for every age and every season. And the Central Oregon sky at night? Unmatched. It’s the kind of place that keeps people coming back year after year, and honestly, that’s exactly why we chose it

この宿泊施設の特徴

Most Sunriver rentals are standard-sized homes on typical 1/4 acre lots — comfortable, but not especially distinctive or private. This property is different: at 3,180 sq ft on a rare oversized double lot, it’s roughly twice the size of comparable 4-bedroom homes in Sunriver, which typically run 1,400–1,600 sq ft on standard parcels. Add a private cul-de-sac setting with over half an acre, and you get a level of space and seclusion that’s genuinely hard to find in a resort community where most homes sit close together.

The loop turnaround is absolutely perfect for kids to play, learn to ride bikes, scooters etc with no car traffic, and quiet and peaceful.
