Between Honfleur and Deauville.
Typical Norman style half-timbered house. Old authentic building restored with contemporary decoration. In a private landscaped and wooded property.
Very bright and comfortable, reinforced insulation, double glazing
Not overlooked; parking, terrace, on a plot of 1500 m2 at your disposal.
The Falafa gîte has a surface area of approximately 60 m2
An open living room and a fully equipped kitchen. (Plate, hood, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, raclette machine, mixer etc ...
Living room with flat screen HD TV, stereo, and you will appreciate the warmth and ambiance of a pellet stove
An independent toilet.
The first bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, a wardrobe.
And a second bedroom with a large double bed 160x200 and a chest of drawers.
A shower room and WC.
Outside a large wooden terrace with a table and 6 chairs, parasol and barbecue, games for children…
Access by a private gate.
A deposit of 400 euros will be required upon arrival and will be returned to you at the end of the stay after checking the rental.
Hand towel: 15 euros for 4 / stay.

The cottage is preferably for 4 people but if one more person, we have a sofa bed installed in the living room, which will be charged 20 euros / night in addition, for children or adults.

A bijou property with great links to all the beaches and towns in many guidebooks. Michèle the owner was super. Very helpful and had great English. She was always available to snswer questions or help with our stay. Thoroughly recommend.

An enjoyable and relaxing stay and an excellent base from which to tour the beautiful Calvados countryside and coastline.
The cottage is furnished to a very high standard as well as being immaculate. Everything you could need is provided.
Thanks for a very friendly welcome and a wonderful stay Michele. This is definitely the best cottage we have stayed in and we can't fault anything at all.

Foto's geven exact weer wat je krijgt. Is perfect
Vanaf het boeken, aankomst bij de woning en de wonig/ligging is perfect verlopen. De woning is gemaakt van zeer hoogwaardige materialen , en is gewoon fantastisch om te verblijven. Ook het stuk waar de woning op gelegen is , is zeer groot, en perfect aangelegd. Nee, ik ben normaal zeer criticch maar hier heb ik echt helemaal niets op aan te merken. De vriendelijke gastvrouw neemt regelmatig voor aankomst contact met u op, via whatts app in ons geval, en is ook bij vragen direct van antwoordt.
Dat de woning vlakbij een weg ligt, hebben wij niet als een nadeel ondervonden, juist integendeel, want vanaf de woning en je direct verbonden met de wegen die je nodig hebt om normandie te verkennen.
Nee, dit kom je zelden tegen, en normaal gaan we nooit naar 1 en dezelfde plek, maar hier komen we zeker nog terug.

Het is een typisch woning voor deze streek. Het is gelegen op het privé terrein van de eigenaar. We werden zeer vriendelijke ontvangen door Michelle en rondgeleid in een volledig vernieuwd woning met alle comfort. We hadden een zeer leuke vakantie en kunnen deze gite absoluut aanbevelen. Hij is rustig gelegen vlak bij Honfleur. Ideaal om de streek te verkennen.

Superbe séjour
La maison est très agréable à vivre.
les petits-enfants se sont régalés dans le jardin bien sécurisé! Les propriétaires sont très agréables et très arrangeants.
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour!

Perfect little cottage
Beautiful place, great location. Michele, the owner, was easy to communicate with, and on hand if needed. She even swapped in her own satellite receiver box during the England women’s football match for us when the one in the gite failed. Wonderful host.

Un soggiorno confortevole alla Gite Falafa Normand
La casa di recentissima costruzione, è molto bella e confortevole, attrezzata di ogni cosa. Gli spazi interni sono ben organizzati. La cucina è molto ben dotata, non manca proprio nulla! Ideale soluzione per l'alloggio di una famiglia di 4 persone. La posizione è ottima (vicina alle principali vie di comunicazione stradale del posto), in pochissimi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere Deauville e Honfleur. Non ci vuole molto tempo per Caen, le spiagge dello sbarco, Fecamp, Etretat. Mont-Saint-Michel si raggiunge in circa due ore. Graziosa anche la cittadina di Pont-l'Evéque (il cui centro è raggiungibile in auto in un paio di minuti) dove è possibile trovare tutto ciò che serve: panificio, fruttivendolo, macellaio, supermercato, benzinaio, ufficio informazioni turistiche (che ha saputo darci materiale e informazioni per tutto il dispartimento "Calvados").... Belli anche gli spazi esterni . Michèle (la propritaria) è gentile e molto disponibile. Accoglienza impeccabile! Di certo suggeriremo questo alloggio ai nostri amici che volessero visitare la zona.

A beautiful house, which is really clean with a very well equipped kitchen. Michele is a great host.
It is a very comfortable house with nice outdoor space. The bedrooms are quite small but cosy and we all enjoyed our stay and exploring the local area with recommendations from Michele.

Extra génial parfait
Idéalement situé à proximité de deauville et honfleur maison magnifique avec tous les équipements nécessaires jardin terrasse parking tous y est accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire nous étions quatre dans la maison nous avons tous adoré vivement la prochaine

Gite normand super bien fini

L'abitazione ha rispecchiato a pieno le nostre aspettative perché pulita, ben curata ed attrezzata. A tutto questo si aggiunge la disponibilità e cortesia della proprietaria Michele. Comoda anche la posizione per raggiungere diversi punti di interesse della Normandia.

Excellent gîte. Adresse à retenir sans hésiter
Gîte très agréable, tout est pensé pour profiter pleinement de son séjour : propreté impeccable, équipement rien ne manque.
Accueil, disponibilité, discrétion et gentillesse de la propriété excellents.
Cette adresse mérite d'être connue.
On réserve sans se poser de questions, on pose ses valises à l'arrivée et on profite...
C'est sûr on reviendra!!
