This fourteenth floor condo (1409), in Ariel Dunes I, features one of the most up to date interiors. This unit features a newly remodeled and modern look with 2 bedrooms and an extra room with bunk beds for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 8 with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, two built in bunk beds in a small room, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.

Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

I texted the rep via number I had been communicating with prior to arrival and they had someone there to fix it within 15 minutes. Our crew was very impressed with the haste. The condo is up-to-date, the beds are comfortable, it is clean, and it is spacious. The pools are nice and well-kept. The ocean is a 3 minute walk from the front door. They have a restaurant and a beach store downstairs. We, 11/10, recommend this as a place to stay. We loved it and will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was only 4 min walk off the elevator to the sand! A beautiful beach! However, the beach access point is very crowded. If you’re bringing your own canopy and such, we had to be on the beach by 600 am in order to get a spot. That was a big downfall for us, as we are used to more spacious beaches in Destin! The building has a resort feel, beautifulPools that we loved! The rental was clean, and the balcony was our favorite part!

This place was fantastic. Great location, awesome pools, clean and roomy place. Fantastic view of the Gulf! My only complaint is you have to bring extra toilet paper and dish soap & sponge. Would definitely stay there again!

Great unit with wonderful view

Seascape was a great place to stay. View of the gulf, reasonable priced, good area with plenty of food, coffee places, bar on site, and easy access to the main road. Condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for us and our 3 kids. Enough furniture on the balcony too which is a big plus and more privacy.

Amazing is an understatement

We absolutely loved every part of our stay here at Ariel Dunes 1. We are planning to definitely come back here. Perfect stay.. it was clean,organized,quiet,and everything you need for cooking they have. Even though I had brought my own it was still nice I could use theirs. You will not be disappointed at all. Very short walk to beach and has the most beautiful view of ocean for the morning you can relax,read or eat breakfast on. Thank you for being so considerate of what you offer in your condo. We will be back soon

Fall vacation

First time renting this property! It was a great setup and accommodations! Kid friendly! We were happy to see that chairs and sand toys were available which we were not expecting but was a plus! Definitely would use this place again!

Summer Beach Vacation 2019

Beautiful and well appointed condo convenient to beach!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! There was plenty of room and the condo was beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed- a kitchen stocked with all appliances and dishes we needed to dine in, TVs in each room, a pack n play, and even some games and toys available to play with. The kids loved the bunk beds and large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The walk to the beach is an easy 5 minutes and a heated pool, bar and restaurant are just downstairs. Parking and checkin was quick and easy. The beach is one of the prettiest I’ve been to! Shampoo and small bars of soap are provided, but don’t forget to bring other toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee and filters, and extra toilet paper & paper towels if you’re heavy handed with them. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Fantastic Condo - Great Management - Would Stay Here Again

There are two things you want when renting a place on vacation: A nice clean property and someone to contact if needed. Both of these were provided in an excellent manner. The condo was clean, up-to-date, spacious, and offered a stunning ocean view. We loved having a room for each of our kids as well as our own bathroom attached to the master. The king size bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture in the condo. In regards to management, we were contacted prior to our stay and given a number where we could reach someone at any time and for any reason. The contact was friendly and professional and did a great job of covering the basic information prior to arriving. We have stayed at Ariel Dunes before and have always had great experiences. This was another great stay and we would gladly stay again at this location on a future trip. Thanks for making it a great vacation! Highly recommended.
