Frisco, CO is considered "the Main Street of the Rockies". It is approx 1 hour and 15 minutes from DIA Airport and right off of I-70. The charming Frisco downtown is one of the rare ski towns in the US that is still quaint, but yet offers walking distance to many amenities. Downtown Main Street is only a short two block walk from the house to shopping, great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, liquor store, and an impressive nightlife. Within a mile is a major supermarket, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and many ski shops for equipment or rental needs. There is also a Summit County free ski shuttle bus that services all the local mountains and picks up on Main Street. Frisco is centrally located to all that Summit County has to offer and is truly a four-season location.
As owners of this home, we can offer you a very comfortable stay in what will look and feel like a new vacation home that includes upscale furniture, appliances, linens, electronics and many other amenities.....all within a short distance of multiple world-class skiing locations and priced to be affordable!

About Lisa Smith
We are two professionals who moved to Denver in 2004 and spent three years visiting every town and resort area west of Denver in search of the perfect place for a mountain home. When we discovered Frisco, the search was over! We both travel extensively for work and pleasure and have tried to include all the amenities that we ourselves have experienced and loved throughout our travels. We do not use a rental service or a management company. We also have great local folks who maintain and upkeep the house and can be available in the case of emergency.
Lisa Smith purchased this House in 2007
Why Lisa Smith chose Frisco
Frisco is the perfect mountain location. It has the unique combination of both upscale and cheap eats restaurants, various boutiques, and world-class outdoor activities. It is just slightly over an hour drive from Denver, right off of I-70. Frisco is a small town with all the necessary conveniences, yet it has a quaint 'walk around' downtown that is uniquely special. There are five world-class ski resorts between 15 and 30 minutes away.
What makes this House unique
The house is two short blocks from the center of historic downtown Frisco, "The Main Street of the Rockies". It has great views of the mountains. You will be able to walk to an impressive number of restaurants and shops. Our home is not your typical rental. It is tastefully decorated and contains many upgrades. You will forget that you are in a vacation rental. We have gone to great lengths to make sure your stay will be comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

Owner coordinated logistics well! Stay was GREAT! 3 couples with 1 child & we all had enough room to spread out. Common area worked well for meals, etc. Loved the chairs in front yard to hangout with a nice mountain view. 5 Stars!
Prefect location and space for our family of 5!
We really enjoyed our time in the mountains and this home was perfectly stocked with everything you need. The space was great and having 4 bedrooms was awesome - each of our kids had their own room. But you could easily sleep more people and fit two families. The hot tub is a great bonus! The location is perfect to go to Breckenridge and the town of Frisco is great too! We will be back in the summer!
Perfect base for a family vacation!
This clean, well equipped and well maintained vacation home was a perfect base for our group of 6 to ski several areas in Summit County and enjoy Frisco's small-town charm. The photos and descriptions of this home are accurate and everything worked as described. The kitchen was well equipped for family meals, and the adjacent dining area was convenient and comfortable. The living/lounging area was comfortable and adequately sized for our group to relax and enjoy TV or videos. The 4-person hot tub on the deck immediately outside of the living area worked perfectly and was very popular with our group of skiers. The bedroom/bathroom layout worked great for us, and the bathrooms were very clean and worked perfectly. The mudroom with storage areas for skis and boots was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and downtown Frisco was an easy 5-minute walk. Access to city walking/biking trails is only a block away. Lisa was a great proprietor and all her communications were timely and informative. We were 100% satisfied with our stay and we hope to come again!
Welcoming, Cozy Home in the Mountains Awaits
The home is cozy, welcoming, on a quiet street close to downtown. Open kitchen and dining area invite conviviality. Everything works. Easy access. Very responsive owner. A & R Hayes
Great House in a great location
Property was very clean and conveniently located close to Main Street. Kids loved the hot tub. Would stay here again!
Great home to share with family in the heart of Frisco
We live in Denver and had family come in from New Jersey and California to ski, the home had everything we needed and had a great layout. The hot tub was wonderful after a day outside in the snow. We walked to dinner in Frisco each night and the non skiers enjoyed the museums. Owners were very responsive and the home was clean and beds comfortable.
