Located on the Eastern shores of Hilton Head Island, Beachwalk is within easy reach of a number of major attractions that include tennis academies, golf courses, fishing areas, boating facilities, restaurants, and more. If you love the beaches but arenā€™t in the mood to swim in the ocean, you and your guests will have full access to the facility swimming pool that is near the home.

This villa offers three-and-a-half bathrooms, three fully furnished bedrooms with king-size and queen-size beds and flatscreen cable TVs. A fully equipped kitchen lets you whip up delicious meals and keeping cool in the winter and warm in the summer is a breeze with the central heating and cooling system. Staying connected to the outside world is simple with free WiFi.

Convenient spot!

This house was the perfect size for our family and in a great location. It had everything that we needed and was clean. It is an older unit but no issue for us. Also it was a little confusing about where the pool was but once we figured it out it was just fine. We definitely would stay here again.

Seafood festival stay!

The description of the property doesnā€™t mention that itā€™s a townhome. The pictures also donā€™t show how roomy the home is either. Overall we were very satisfied with the property. C prefer the listing to have a little more detail. Some of the baking dishes and other items were dated but nothing thatā€™d cause me to give a bad review.

Very happy with our stay!

My family of 6 stayed here and we had a great vacation. The property was very clean and a very short distance to the beach. We had a five minute walk to get to the beach. We had a small issue and contacted Vacasa and they took care of it immediately. We would stay here again!

Photos are misleading, disappointed

I was disappointed to arrive and find a unit that was extremely worn. Floors were all uneven, flooring had gaps between boards. The small pantry in the kitchen had flooring that made it look dirty, shelves were old and yellowed. Same for the bathrooms, it was clean but discoloration made you feel otherwise. Couldnā€™t check in before 4pm, we arrived at the home and soon realized there was a toilet that didnā€™t flush. Placed a call at 5:45pm and told it was after hours and nothing could be done that night. Someone would be out the next day. Never heard from anyone so called again. This time someone was sent out to fix the toilet and a closet door that was off the track. I was there for my daughterā€™s wedding and didnā€™t need the extra stress, overall I was disappointed and wouldnā€™t select this unit again.

Great Find!

Closest to beach, really enjoyed the separate spaces. Lots of room to spread out. Queen mattress should be replaced and decks need maintenance. But overall - no complaints.

Not what it appears

The pictures look great! We were disappointed with the real thing. The floor looked clean, but hadn't been mopped in awhile as my bare feet can attest to. The baseboards were dirty as were the white handrails and hall wall. They offered to clean it for us, but I declined as their standard for cleanliness is clearly different than mine. Also, I didn't want to let them in without me being there and I didn't want to wait for them since I was on vacation. The flooring is newer, but the entire condo looked tired. The fireplace is wood burning, so basically not usable and there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. That is my bad for not looking at the pictures better.

Good location on the island. Property is outdated and has poor craftsmanship all the way around.

The unit is very spacious. The unit and property manager s very outdated with poor craftsmanship. The sinks in the bedroom bathrooms are child height. Here are lots going f trees on the property so all the furniture on the decks are moldy. There were 5 of us and 4 cars but they would only give 3 parking passes - 1 per room - I found that out after I sent 2 messages and received a call back the next dayā€¦not very timely so we had to make other arrangements. Overallā€¦would stay again just because of location and amount of space. Only a short walk to the beach.

Good size, close to the beach access

Size was good for our seven people (4 adults, 3 kids), we loved having two living rooms. Kitchen was spacious and open. Unit is located near the beach access (5-10 min walk). Disappointed that they told us there was a grill available but there wasnā€™t (I called and asked), so we had to quickly redo our meal plan. AC worked really well (very important in SC summers!)

A map of property would be helpful, decks need power washed, bedroom set up is super weird and bathroom in guest bedroom very tiny and cabinets have serious water damage. Overall this condo was disappointing.

Needs lots of maintenance.

The area was great-close to beach, parking pass for beach, Close to pool, nice bike baths. The unit was not properly cleaned when we arrived but was addressed quickly. Rotted handrails in front porch, unsealed shower handles, rusted outdoor shower head, no tub stopper in master. Toilets had little power to flush even just toilet paper. Visited 7/22/20.

July 2019/Dog friendly condo

This condo is in a perfect location. Shipyard Plantation. The beach is within walking distance. The property was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen for cooking in. I love the extra living room and seating area off the kitchen. It is a bit dated and you can tell itā€™s dog friendly, but that made it more relaxing to have my pet there. Thank you foe an awesome time!

Lots of issues

We stay in Shipyard every year. This year we found debris on deck, dust on air vent. The dust was hanging out! The temperature inside was either freezing or hot! The location was great. The parking was a mess. Trees need to be taken out. Not enough bike racks either. Almost everyone rides bikes in Hilton Head. Kitchen was well stocked. No blinds on the large window in kitchen, so no privacy and the sun poured in to heat up the room each day. The worst was the two huge skylights over the bed. There was no sleep after sunrise! Yes, I will continue to stay in Shipyard just no this condo.
