Under new ownership summer 2020 with renovations and updates. New appliances, freshly painted, newly rebuilt decks and new furniture, new bedding. Beachwalk condominiums are within Shipyard Plantation, a private residential and resort community. Closest 3 bedroom unit to the beach!! King in master bedroom, king bed in bedroom 2, 2 doubles in bedroom 3, sleeper sofa. The complex is close to the Atlantic Ocean, and the Van der Meer Tennis Academy. Guests staying at Beachwood 125 can easily walk to dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta.The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond Shipyard gate, vacationers find a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza in North Forest Beach. For larger groups - please consider Beachwalk #127(2BR/2BA) next door or another 2 or 3 bedroom unit on our program at Beachwalk to pair with your stay in #125.
Beachwalk 125 has recently renovated all 3 bathrooms in this unit, new flat screens, wireless internet with upgraded speed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always enjoyed this condo. Unfortunately this time Around the unit was not clean and there were many issues with the furniture. We will return because it is our favorite spot but hopefully next year the issues will be resolved

Great Location

I’ll start by saying it’s my understanding that this particular condo has been recently purchased by a new owner. With that said the place could use a little TLC (Fresh paint, some new / more cook ware and attention to the rear deck and chairs). Overall however the unit is perfect for a family or even 2 small family’s. It has 2 masters which are both equipped with big beautiful showers. I will happily stay in this condo again in the future but just hope it get a little attention! Cheers

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we have stayed at this condo several times with no complaints, until this year. we had a mouse eat through a cooler, had to replace bread twice and some bananas. the pullout couch had mice droppings and could tell there was evidence of nesting. both sliding door were not functional so we were down to one door. The master bedroom sheets were clearly dirty and I had to was them upon arrival. oh not mention the code given to us at 8pm did not work when we arrived. although we did receive some reimbursement , I still felt like it wasn't enough for the inconvenience and stress added to what use to be a pleasant visit

Great place to stay for vacation!

It's was great! However, one of the patio doors was broken. It was in the process of being repaired. Other than that I highly recommend this villa.

Spring break vacation

We are regular visitors to Hilton head, and we have previously stayed in a different unit and beachwalk. We really enjoyed the layout of this unit and the proximity to the beach. The unit was relatively well stocked with basic supplies. It did look as though it could have been cleaned one more time before we arrived, there were some dead bugs/minor debris throughout the place, and quite a few of the “clean“ dishes were actually dirty. We would stay here again.

Southern Escape Tennis Tournament

Great location next to Van der Meer Tennis facility in Shipyard. Clean, neat European /IKEA feel downstairs. Bedrooms in good condition with TV in every bedroom and two additional downstairs. Easy access in and out of facility with quivk walk to pool, tennis, and beach. Would definitely book again!

We loved staying in this modern furnished condo. 5 minute walk to beach. We held a family reunion and rented several condos. Pool was great. I would rent again!!

The downstairs bathroom needs new flooring to the point that the cracked and sunken ceramic is dangerous and dirty. Also, we wished that the grounds out the back of the condo had the pine need mulch like the other condos. The yard was quite dirty and we walked it into the condo whenever we returned from the pool.

Great deck with table and chairs.The bedrooms easily sleep 7. I wouldn't count the fold out couch as sleeping for adults. Kids or even teens would be fine though. The kitchen didn't have a lot of space for the food but it DID HAVE all the necessary kitchen utensils and MORE!

Convenience and beauty

A short walk to the beach and a beautiful, modern, unit. The pool was located right off the back deck. We had a wonderful time. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head off and on for the past 25 years and this is one of the most beautiful and conveniently located units we have ever stayed in. We would not hesitate to book it again.

FULLY stocked kitchen...everything you could want and more and very updated. Comfortable bedrooms, good sized baths and showers, very clean! One of the closest properties to the beach access in Shipyard. Hope to stay here again!
