Conveniently located between the ocean and sound, this lovely beach home offers a spacious layout, water views, and added perks for you and your group to enjoy. A bubbling hot tub, on-site entertainment, and a beach access just 600 feet away, are bonus amenities to enjoy while on vacation.

When you pull into the driveway, you'll immediately notice the spacious sun decks, covered porches, and beautiful landscape; perfect for outdoor entertaining. Family and friends have plenty of space to enjoy time together while still having their own privacy. The great room is spacious and comfortable with stylish beach furnishings, soaring cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace. Feel like a top chef in the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating, with a dining area nearby.

The second level features 3 relaxing master-suites with a King and 2 Queen bedrooms. Clean and comfortable, this space is perfect for a little R&R. The kids will love having access to their own floor on the ground level, with a pyramid bunk bed and game room with pool table. Excellent accommodations

Our family, so enjoyed the accommodations at whitecap Waze. We have already booked our stay for next year. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner, well balanced, spread out entertaining functioning house.

Family Vaca

Nice house, very clean and well laid out. Had games, puzzles and pool table to keep us entertained when we weren’t at the beach. Easy walk to the beach. When relaxing on deck could feel breezes from either direction. Would have liked more grassy area, but not a big deal.

Quiet Getaway

Except for the neighbor drilling his daughter at the basketball hoop, this was a very quiet location very convenient to the beach. This house has very nice amenities including pool table and six person hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates and glasses. Be ready for lots of stair climbing, however, I think that's SOP in the Outer Banks.

Oceanside stay

The property was close enough to the beach. However, the home had multiple issues of disrepair. Railings were not secure, decking nails stuck up so you had to be careful where you stepped. Almost all of the patio furniture was broken and taped together. Other peoples’ belongings were left at the home (clothing on the deck). Inside in the kitchen the counter top appears to be detaching from the wall, and one of the shower curtains in the home had black mold on it, as well as hair left in the shower. This home was an okay stay, but definitely needs maintenance.

Misleading Post/Poor Communication

I would like to start by saying that the house and location were nice. All of the issues we had were in regards to the booking process and lack of communication from the realty company. We thought we were booking this rental through VRBO. However, after booking through the app, we were informed that we would complete the booking process via a rental agency. So essentially we paid $185 extra just because we found the listing on Vrbo instead of the realty company's site. Additionally, on the Vrbo listing it was clearly stated that teachers would receive a 5% discount. When we asked about this discount when filling out the paperwork via the realty company's site (which, remember, was a requirement) we were told they could not honor the discount since we booked via Vrbo. The other major concern we had is that there were constantly people coming to work on various maintenance issues during the week. This would not have been an issue if these visits had been communicated to us in advance. We often had two women home alone with 4 small children and they did not feel comfortable letting complete strangers into the house when we were never informed that we should be expecting someone. After the second unannounced visit, we called the realty company and asked for someone to inform us if we should be expecting someone to come for repairs since it would be easy enough for someone to pretend they were a repair man and just walk right into the house. Even after this conversation, we still had two more surprise visits from repair people. The management of this property was exceptionally disappointing and I would advise booking somewhere else.

The house was excellent but had a few small maintenance issues. They did not deter our fun. Location worked out fantastic for us.

Great House

House was clean and nice to stay at. Walking distance to beach. Close to shopping and local restaurants. Kids had a blast at the beach nearby. House is a little dated and had small TVs in bedrooms, but we didn’t watch a whole lot of tv anyway. I recommend the house to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was big enough that our party of four each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Even our dog, had his own area. The kitchen was fully stocked with regard to dishes, pots, pans etc. And the rug throughout the house was brand new! The location is great because the beach is across the street, and restaurants nearby. We used the clean hot tub every day and night and the temperature was nice and toasty. The open deck was nice and warm on the windy beach days.

Perfect Family Get-away

Fantastic location near beach with 4 bedrooms and adjoining baths for 3 couples, a baby and 2 dogs! Layout of house is terrific for both social gathering and privacy. Everything you might need is nearby. We’ll definitely return to this exact house.
