Jose and I are both professionals, parents of two beautiful children. We've been in the short term rental business for 21 years and have 5 properties under management. I am is a self employed licensed architect and make all decorating decisions for our homes while my husband takes care of all the marketing and improvements. He also volunteers with our town soccer team. We are very passionate about providing you and your guests with the best experience while you stay at our family homes. Our homes are part of our company "CornejoRentals" which we self manage with our teams to directly to provide a high level of customer experience during your stay.

We fell in love when we saw The Sea Captain's House...We bought this beach house because we loved the views from all the rooms, specially the top decks. We love spending time as a family together by the water and we are excited to share this home with you.
It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy each other’s company. The sunsets are beautiful, the waves are calming and you can watch your kids play in the sand for hours on end. Plus, it’s just a short 78 steps away and nothing to worry about with the little ones, as there are no roads to cross, the path to the beach is right outside our door.

The Sea Captain's House was designed with you and your family in mind. We have thought of everything you might need, and not want to pack to bring to the beach. We have 6 brand new beach cruisers (bikes), body boards, beach towels, umbrellas, beach wagon, beach toys, 2 coolers...all you need to bring is sun block!
One of our unique benefits is our guest service, attention to detail and fully supported set up at the house so you don't feel like you need anything when you are on vacation. Leave all that to us and you just worry about making sure everyone is smiling!
