Welcome to the Sundance Film Festival in the Winter beauty of Park City, Utah. This spacious studio in the luxury resort villa sleeps 4 and is true Ski-in and Ski-out, only 300 feet to lifts that take you to the Crescent High Speed Quad.

The property amenities include a heated massive outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna/steam room, 5 jacuzzi tubs within steps of the ski trails, a movie theatre, BBQs and firepits, with an inside gaming area with pool tables and a standing shuffle board table, daily kids activities at "The Mine" with family activities planned every day. Nearby you can find many hiking, biking, and jogging trails to explore the great outdoors.

There is ski storage and a ski valet as you exit the slopes. The resort is also walking distance to Park City's historic Main Street and the Sundance Film Festival venue. You can also find Clark Planetarium, Hogle Zoo, and The Children's Museum and town library near the property.

This spacious studio has 2 queen beds and a full bathroom with a kitchenette. Pictures are representative of units. Specific units are assigned at check-in.

Transportation:
Limited parking on property, as Park City is very accessible with free transportation; therefore, we recommend booking a shuttle/taxi from the airport, if possible.

For those who are driving to the resort:
All Villa types (studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom) will receive one (1) parking pass. Onsite parking is not guaranteed. Additional parking may be purchased at an additional cost of $25/day for two bedroom units only (subject to change). All 1 bedroom and guest suites do not have access to additional parking permits.

The nearby bus stop provides a free shuttle to downtown Park City during the Sundance Film Festival and the locals enjoy apre's-ski cocktails at the outdoor patio near the resort entrance with live bands playing at the outdoor bar/restaurant.
