Finally found time to review this magnificent property and the owners! We absolutely LOVED our stay here, and the location was perfect for our needs. It is literally across from Colby, and it was fun to drive through campus a few times. The home is not only really clean, but very well stocked with everyday items you might need, and I have to say we truly enjoyed the personal touches. Every time I turned around I saw some new quirky and cool item! There's a nice large front & back yard (with a picnic table), so not too close to neighbors. Arthur and Shelby were quick to respond to any question I had, and were happy to help when I need to adjust my dates and number of guests. I have stayed in many rentals in the Waterville/Oakland area over the decades, and this one is by FAR my favorite! Will be looking to rent here again next time we visit. Don't miss out on this lovely gem!! And thank you to Shelby & Arthur for having us in your home. )

Arthur's home was the perfect spot for us to visit our son at Colby- the house has everything you'd need to make dinner at home and is very comfortable. Loved being so close to Quarry Trails and so much nearby to enjoy in Waterville. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon for another extended weekend!

Nice place

Everything was great except just the one bathroom without a vanity but the shower made up for it and the fully stocked kitchen was really nice too.

Lovely house, awesome owners

We came to Maine to visit family nearby. The owners answered our questions thoroughly and promptly, and even provided pictures. We appreciate the opportunity to bring 3 large dogs, as it is often difficult to find a truly dog friendly rental.
