We were very pleased with the location and ease of beach access. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was fantastic for our little one late into the day. Instructions within the property regarding the television, etc, was clear and concise. Lots of available parking! Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to North Myrtle Beach.
Taken from our 6th floor balcony.

Great view!

This condo offers an amazing view of the ocean, made even better by being an end unit. There was plenty of space, everything was clean, the washer and dryer was handy, pools/pool area was well kept, and the beds were comfy. The bedroom with the bunk beds is a little small but having 3 bedrooms was great. We loved our stay here!

Absolutely loved this condo and the location. We will definitely be back. However, the only issue I had was the misleading advertisement for the 250 daily activities. I thought it was for the entire family but it’s only one ticket, which is also fine.

Stay here!

My family and I love this section on NMB! The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 6! Our youngest shared the bedroom with that bunk beds and they had plenty of room in that bedroom and did not feel cramped!

We brought our boys and two of their cousins to the beach. If four boys ages 11-13 can have fun, anyone can! With storms going through right before we got there having the lifeguard stationed right out front so we could see the safety flags before planning our day was helpful. Having an indoor AND outdoor pool AND a hot tub kept everyone happy when swimming wasn’t safe.

Great spot

We loved the location. Condo cute, clean. Loved indoor and outdoor pool and how it is just a short walk to the beach. Our only hiccup was that refrigerator did not work, someone came out the next day but didn’t get a replacement until day three. Unfortunately all of our food we packed already went bad. But the management was easy to get in touch with.

Lovely Family Friendly Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly located for our family, right on the water. Our daughters enjoyed being able to easily run between the pools and the beach. The condo was clean and organized. Wish the furniture was setup for more of our family to watch movies together but it wasn’t an issue really.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay despite tropical storm Debby! The indoor pool was so nice to have in our situation. The condo had everything we needed. Great location, comfortable beds, nice deck! We’d definitely come back. Our only small complaint was that the dryer didn’t work very well.

Perfect spring break getaway

We loved this condo and the property since we weren’t sure how April weather would be. We lucked out and didn’t necessarily need the indoor pool because the weather was beautiful and we were beach bums but it was a nice backup if that hadn’t been the case. We had a little issue with the washer but it was quickly addressed.

Loved the Condo!

We have vacationed in N. Myrtle Beach for many years. We like to stay in condos that are not in a high rise building. This was our first time staying at this condo and renting through N. Beach Realty. Everything was wonderful. The unit was neat and clean and beautifully decorated. Looks even better than the photos listed! New living room furniture, comfortable beds, beautiful beach front views, including spectacular views of the sunrise. GREAT tv's in main area and bedrooms - - I was able to watch YouTube videos and sign in to my Amazon Prime videos as well (no need to bring a Fire Stick - Yay!). This unit also had an Alexa device. It was pretty cool to ask Alexa for recommended restaurants. Pool areas were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. This is a 3 BR condo but we did not use the 3rd bedroom which has bunk beds for kids'. Anyone interested in this unit, the 3rd bedroom is very small, but it has a TV and DVD player to keep children entertained. The immediate parking area is relatively small, but it was October and not very busy. During the summer, count on parking across the road at the second parking area - - no problem, because it is a NICE parking area and brightly lit at night. There are spaces near the door for loading and unloading and they have luggage carts and grocery carts to use. Also TWO elevators! It was a great vacation week for us and we will plan to stay at Waterpoint 2 again.

Cute condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great. The pool was really clean. The view was amazing. The linens on the bed were kind of old and the room was a little dusty. I had to go round and clean everything Also, the washer and dryer were gross and I had to clean those out. There was a leak on the upstairs apartment that came through our bathroom so when we got there, they were putting the humidity in the bathroom. And the vacuum was super old, so it was hard to clean up. Overall, it was a nice stay and a fabulous Beach

MB Vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year in this room. It is in a great location and is always clean. Especially happy to see the NEW sofa and chairs.A small suggestion would be that unit might need a new refrigerator. It wasn’t able to keep things cold.
