Our family had a great stay-cation! Plenty of room and sun! I know this is really minute but I'd leave more than two trash bags and access to the main entrance was a crux even with codes. We do however thank info@rentalleaf.com for the quick responses to any hiccups we had! Future recommended property rental site

View was phenomenal from the top floor. Condo was clean. Checkin and out process very smooth. Parking lot should have had more handicap parking. Communication from rental property was not consistent.

Family beach vacation

We had a great time staying that this property! The code to the building and to the room made check in easy. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. We toughed out tropical Debby and got good use of the indoor pool. The staff responded right away to any concerns we had. Over all, highly recommend this unit! Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Parents over due vacation

The property and grounds were well kept. My parents are both handicapped, and there were not enough parking for all of the handicapped visitors for this visit. There was adequate parking adjacent across the street. The HOA were nice and welcoming during our stay.

We needed to book something quickly for our family reunion that was coming up and we wanted to make the most of it and stay on the beach to enjoy the most of our time together and that’s exactly what we got!

Family Vacation

Although the condo was nice, there were a few things that could be approved on…dining chairs with covers need to be washed, kitchen faucet needs to be replaced, a vacuum that picks up sand would be nice, headboards need to be anchored to the wall or taken off…they moved too much while trying to turn over, and better mattress in the spare bedroom…could feel the springs in it.

Making memories with grandchildren.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took our two teenage grandchildren as a birthday present to them. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Everything was centrally located.

Typical lovely but small beachfront condo

Great for the price. Third BR quite small but functional. TV setup a bit challenging to navigate. It would be so very helpful to have a cheat sheet describing which cable to plug in where, which remote to use for power, sound, channel selection, etc. A more thorough description of what to bring would help; hand soap for each sink, more than the two provided dishwasher pods for a week, salt, pepper, small amount of aluminum foil. It would have been very inexpensive to bring these items from home. Beachfront location was very good.

Great view of ocean. There was a broken bed in one of the bedroom s. which had been repaired.

The renttal was mice enough with a great view. Broken bed wjich had been repaired and useable. Broken chair on balcony. I expected more, per photos. However, would stay there. again.

Awesome Vacation

I rented this location for my nieces and a few friends as a birthday present. I was very hesitant, as I wanted to make sure it was safe and had enough amenities to keep them at the resort without having to go out for all their meals and entertainment. As soon as they go there they were texting and sending pictures. This place was fantastic! They were oceanfront with a phenomenal view of the ocean. They spent a lot of time in the indoor pool and out on the beach. They were absolutely thrilled with this vacation. Needless to say- I have maintained my status of “cool aunt”. I would not hesitate to rent this location again. Excellent response and service from the rental agency.

Not quite as expected

The condo needs renovating. Mildew in grout. Washing machine was dirty by our standards. Floor was dirty/sticky when we arrived. Had to ask for hangers and extra towels, but mgmt company was very responsive. Beach towels not included. Beach chairs were costly. Mattress in spare room was uncomfortable as were the pillows. Access to the beach was great as was the pool.

We loved the way the property is maintained. The indoor and outdoor pools make it perfect for any kind of weather. Since our condo is surrounded by other small condo buildings and homes and not large hotels, the beach around us is not overcrowded.
