Sea view, swimming pool and located 250m from the sea, our 200m2 villa in the heart of the "blue coast", offers an ideal setting for your next vacation under the Mediterranean sun with friends or family. The house, very bright, offers large volumes: 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, small garden and large terrace. The house will welcome you in the privileged setting of the "blue coast" and its region (Aix en Provence, Camargue Regional Park, Marseille, Calanques National Park).

Total capacity: 10 people. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor:
Large living dining room (80 m²), fully equipped open kitchen, video projector area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry area (washing machine and dryer), WC.

Night area:
Bedroom 1 with 140 x 200 bed and adjoining bathroom (shower)

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub

Wir haben dieses Jahr einen traumhaften Urlaub in Sausset-les-Pins verbracht. Das Haus von Emrick und Carole lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten mit zwei Familien ( mit je zwei Kindern und einem Baby) ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Der Pool ist viel größer als es auf dem Foto aussieht. In nur fünf-Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einer zauberhaften Bucht und kann Schnorcheln oder einfach nur in der Sonne entspannen. Emrick war jederzeit erreichbar und ein toller Gastgeber. Der Check-in sowie der check-out waren unkompliziert. Vielen Dank !

Extra ! Très belle vue, environnement calme,villa spacieuse et très bien équipée.

C’est simple, en arrivant, le ouaaah était de mise pour tous les occupants. Les photos du site ne rendent pas justice à la réalité. Outre la vue, la maison est vraiment spacieuse, nous étions 9 occupants dont 4 enfants et tout le monde a trouvé son espace. Les équipements sont pléthoriques, tant sur le plan ménager que divertissement, home cinéma et vidéo projecteur par exemple. La piscine est très agréable également, si bien que nous avons un peu délaissé les plages environnantes, pourtant facilement accessibles à pied. Les hôtes, Carole et Emrick sont très attentionnés et disponibles. Le séjour s’est donc, vous l’aurez compris, très bien déroulé et nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cette location.

Amazing large house in stunning relaxing & quiet location right near the sea!

We found the house to be just perfect for us! We had a group of 6 adults and 3 children (5yo and under) and it was exactly what we wanted. I must say that the photos on HomeAway just don’t do it justice, it’s even nicer in real life! The house was a very large & beautiful 4BR property which could easily accommodate around 10 people or adults. The swimming pool was absolutely lovely and a favourite with us all. It was larger than the photos showed. The house was filled with lovely furnishings and decor, plus all of the mod cons you could ask for and a very practical set up of crockery and other items to use. The mod cons included a large projector screen that the kids really enjoyed. The owners also have two younger children so they made the house feel very homely for our kids, including having some toys available. The outdoor space is also much larger than the photos show and the coal bbq & outdoor setting is brilliant. They both overlook the beach which is very beautiful! We spent a week mainly by the pool, at the nearby beach & a nicer sandy beach around 10min walk away towards Sainte Croix. We also made a day trip to the beautiful La Couronne beach, which is only around 15mins by car. The town of Sausset les Pins is very nice and has everything you need incl a Lidl supermarket and smaller City CarreFour. The location is handy to get to/from Marseille which we made a day trip to and went to the MUCEM museum, which was very impressive as well. The owners, Emrick and Carole, were very friendly and hospitable on booking and pre-arrival. They also picked some our group up from the local train station at check in. The owners provided a very helpful & thoughtful welcome pack including Nespresso coffee supplies, a lovely bottle of Champagne and coal. Emrick was also very responsive and open to communication at any time during our stay. The owners helped to make the trip and accommodation an absolute pleasure to stay in! Overall, we would definitely be comfortable in giving the accommodation and service provided by Emrick and Carole a 5 star review and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone interested in staying there! We definitely want to return to this stunning property and beautiful location at some time in the near future. On behalf of us all, we’d all like to thank Emrick and Carole for a truly wonderful stay!
