Beautiful contemporary villa, swimming pool and large garden

Located in the countryside, surrounded by fields intended for market gardening, this pretty villa with its U shape offers functional and intimate spaces, beautiful volumes and a neat decoration. 30 minutes from the beaches of Sausset les Pins and the Camargue, near Aix en Provence and Marseille, its location offers many leisure or cultural activities.


**Interior spaces**:

* Large entrance with wardrobe and guest toilet
* Beautiful living room with open kitchen perfectly equipped and equipped with a large central island. Dining area bathed in light overlooking the terrace on the south side.
* Pantry with additional fridge and laundry room.
* Comfortable living room with fireplace.
* Bedroom 1: 160 bed with private bathroom
* Bedroom 2: 160 bed with ensuite bathroom
* Bedroom 3: 140 bed with ensuite bathroom
* Children’s area behind the living room: 2 single beds

This house can accommodate 6 adults maximum with 2 children, for 8 beds.
Note a refreshing floor very pleasant in summer.

**External**:
* Fully enclosed 2500m2 garden
* Swimming pool 8x4 with its submerged beach (open from 1 May to 15 October. Swimming pool not heated), Sunbeds and cushions.
* Pool house with summer kitchen, dining area and shower.
* Beautiful south side shaded terrace with pergola
* Indoor parking for 4 cars


Linen, towels are provided. Beds are prepared just before your arrival. You will find cosmetics in the bathrooms and some cold drinks in the fridge.

Optional services are available upon request upon reservation or during your stay:

Amazing property for a family holiday

The house was beautiful and well set up for our young family. The kitchen is very functional for cooking and eating, with space for my daughters to play. The pool was wonderful with a large shallow end to keep our young girls safe, and the pool house was brilliant for them to take naps and for me to barbecue some local produce. The location is very rural, with few hospitality venues in nearby towns, but that did mean it was pleasantly quiet, secluded and private.

Nous avons réalisé un team building et nous étions six. Une fois rentré dans la propriété et dans la maison, tout est splendide. Dès le départ, j'ai reçu le numéro de portable de Cédric qui est très disponible. La décoration est de goût, la cuisine est super équipée, les frigos sont au nombre de 3, bref rien ne manque. Une piscine agréable, un jardin bien entretenu, une cuisine d'été avec barbecue très sympathique. Vraiment à conseiller.

Amazing place! Will be returning

Our stay at this enchanting family villa in the South of France was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the breathtaking landscape — endless rows of lush vineyards stretching as far as the eye could see, framed by the gentle hills of Provence.The villa itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Stone walls, wooden beams reminded us we were in the heart of authentic French countryside, while the interiors offered all the amenities a family could need — a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and cozy, beautifully appointed bedrooms. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged.Mornings began with family breakfasts around the large tables and ended with unforgettable sunsets and glasses of local wine under the stars. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the outdoor dining area quickly became our favorite spot for long, leisurely meals. It was quiet, serene, and incredibly peaceful — the perfect place to unplug and reconnect as a family.What made the experience truly exceptional were the little touches, recommendations for nearby vineyard tours and markets.The owners were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a memorable stay.We explored charming nearby villages, sampled world-class wines, and even joined a local grape harvest — an unforgettable experience for our children. Fijne vakantiewoning

Mooi, verzorgde, ruime en comfortabele bungalow met buitenkeuken (+wc, bbq en douche). Zwembad werd elke dag proper gemaakt. Verhoogde vloer vooraan in het zwembad was aangenaam voor de kleine kinderen. Wel veel muggen! Onmiddellijke omgeving was geen hoogvlieger maar werd aan het zicht onttrokken door bomen. Ligging wel ideaal voor uitstapjes naar Marseille, Arles, Aix-en-Provence, Les Baix, Sint-Remy-de Provence,... We misten wel wat kookpotten. Vriendelijke communicatie met de verantwoordelijken.

Amazing and Relaxing Stay

We stayed here for a week and had the best time! The location is only a short drive for Aix en Provence as well as lots of lovely vineyards. The villa was beautiful and the pool was so lovely in the summer time. We would definitely come back here. Thanks again to the team for making it a wonderful stay!

Maison agréable à vivre

La maison était conforme aux photos et très fonctionnelle. Nous y avons passé un bon moment entre amis. Néanmoins, nous avons du demander des ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud dans la maison, ce qui était difficilement vivable les premiers jours sans. Concernant la cuisine, je dirais qu'elle est très bien équipée en terme d'électroménager mais les poêles et casseroles mériteraient d'être changées car elles sont vieillissantes et un peu sales. Enfin, la région d'emplacement de la maison est quand même sans intérêt, avec pour voisin les entreprises de pétrochimie et des champs de maraichage, absolument pas agréable à la vue lorsque l'on sort de la maison.

Beautiful house and outstanding service

This was an amazing stay for us! The house is beautiful and much larger than the impression the photos give. We love to cook so having such a complete open kitchen in the main house plus a second complete kitchen in the pool house was a dream. Serenity Rentals made sure that we had a great time. Their service is amazing and they were super helpful and friendly. It was also a plus that the communication in English was very easy (something that many hosts promise but don’t really deliver). We highly recommend this place and host.
