Miss Lilly’s B&B was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed Malakoff and the surrounding areas. Thanks for everything to the amazing hosts Janet & Ray Brown. We will definitely pick this place again and tell all of our family & friends.
We drove in from Missouri for our daughters graduation and we had such an amazing time. The hosts were fantastic and the house is perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything you need is in the house and a cute relaxing area outside! Definitely recommend.
The property was very cute and comfortable. However, the Vrbo listing indicated 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We only located 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, which was an occasional issue for 4 women over 50. Directions to the property were excellent, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The cake was delicious!
Had a great weekend! Nice property, very well maintained. I did ask specifically about the coffee maker and was told that both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig were in the home. I brought my K-cups, but there was no Keurig available. Just a small hiccup in our expectations. Great stay overall.
Comfy & cozy—like stayin at your grandma’s house—but with AC and WiFi😊! Hosts were very accommodating & we felt extremely welcome. They left us a tasty coffee cake and there were plenty of kitchen essentials for use during our stay. Nice gas grill which we happily utilized as we sat on the back patio with a beverage. Quiet neighborhood, and minutes away from some fun antique shopping & the local grocery, in case you forget anything. Hosts set it up with tables & lighting for crafters as we requested & it was just perfect—including comfortable rolling office chairs. Highly recommend and we plan to return!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house and patio are wonderful! It’s so close to everything too so we walked down to the boutique’s in town! Loved the breakfast cake! The home is so charming with so many decorative items throughout the house. Would love to come back again!
Landscape beautiful. Relaxing mornings and evenings on porch. Exploring and shopping antiques during day. Dining room set up with every convenience for scrapbooking. Good restaurants nearby.
Great place for crafters. This is our new place for our group of four. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Located in a small east Texas town, but if your crafting, you don't need to go anywhere anyway! But, if you do need to go somewhere, First Monday Trade Days in Canton is not too far away.
Quaint and tastfully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. Its a perfect location for crafters as there are 6 tables with rolling chairs and each with their own lighting. The owner stopped by to greet us and provided a delicious homemade coffee cake and milk. The house was very clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking. We will definitely return.
Home was very clean and well taken care of. Though close to other homes, it felt very private. It was a great place for my wife, toddler, and I to rest while visiting my family for Thanksgiving.
Jamie the owner stayed in contact with me. This location was very close to Andings Acres Wedding Venue where my son got married on 11/23/19 and that was so convenient. The home was so cute, clean and comfortable. She had drinks and a coffee cake waiting for us. We were very pleased and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend and it’s a great price.
Our stay was wonderful! The home is inviting, cozy, very clean and comfortable. The decor is a sweet, vintage style with so many thoughtfully placed details. The owners were so friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. Loved the delicious coffee cake left for us. Can't wait to stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful, relaxing get away!
This house was like going home to grandma’s. My dad and I were very comfortable. We felt at home the moment we walked in the door. We enjoyed a very pleasant visit with the neighbors/owner. The location of the home was perfect. We were close to relatives and our family reunion. We will return to this home and would decently recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! Jamie and Janet are both so friendly. The house is immaculately clean and the decorations are spot on. My father lives nearby, so I had several family members come take a tour to see how cute it is! The outside has several cozy sitting areas in a park like setting. You immediately feel right at home. The home baked cake was delicious!! My only regret was that I didn't get to spend enough time there! I will definitely be coming back!!!
Loved this little house! The pictures do not do it justice! Was a great place to relax and unwind! We will definitely be back for our next antique hunt!!
