Très belle vue sur la mer, rien à dire sur ce point.Concernant les équipements, le lave vaisselle est vétuste et la mise en fonction s'en ressent, seul le rinçage fonctionne. Point négatif, la lunette des toilettes est à remplacer, car pas très nette et usée. Le sceau est complètement usé et percé, inutilisable.
