Prime location residence "The BEACH", 10 meters from The Lavandou's fine sandy beach, close to all amenities, the harbour and the city center, is the best accommodation to spend your holidays ! This well-appointed residence features a private garden and parking, a tennis court and a petanque court.
Cabin studio on the higher floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 4 people with a living area of 23 m² and a terrace looking onto the sea. Entrance hall, cupboard, bathroom with toilet, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80cm). The living room features a double bed (140 cm), a TV and an equipped kitchen (electric burners, small oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine). Parking space n°72. Additional visitor's tax.

Salle de bain vétuste. Literie parents non confortable. Manque climatisation.

Unschlagbare Lage
+: wirklich nur über die (Ende Juni mäßig befahrene) Strandpromenadenstraße zum Wasser, der (etwas schmale) Strand wird jeden Tag gepflegt, der "zentrale", breite ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
+: auch zum Zentrum mit allen Geschäften und Restaurants sind´s nur 3 Minuten, zum Markt nur 2.
+: die Aussicht ist toll, Frühstück am Balkon noch im Schatten möglich.
+: alle Geräte (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle (Minibackofen haben wir nicht gebraucht) und Ventilatoren (nötig, da abends sehr warm) funktionieren prima.
+: die Anlage ist nicht für jedermann zugänglich, wird gepflegt und man hat einen sicheren Parkplatz.
+: Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe über die Agentur sind problemlos und nett.
-: für 2 sind das Appartement und die vorhandene Geschirr-/Besteckausstattung machbar, für 4 wäre es uns zu eng/karg gewesen, in der offenen "Kabine" mit Etagenbett kann/will man wirklich nur ins Bett steigen/klettern und schlafen.
-: das Appartement ist etwas "verwohnt", besonders das Bad könnte eine Kur gut brauchen.
Ich gehe gern vor dem Frühstück eine Runde schwimmen oder möchte nach einem Ausflug gern schnell am heimischen Strand sein - dafür ist dieses Appartement top!
