2 rooms apartment, approximately 35m² for 2 to 4 persons. Terrace with a panoramic view on the sea, the Saint Clair beach and the Golden Isles. 350m away from the Saint Clair fine sandy beach and 1.8km away from the Lavandou city center. Living room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchenette : dishwasher, washing machine, fridge + freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A shower room with WC. Parking with a steep access, not suited for small vehicles (1.80 x 2.60).

Small pets are accepted (less than 5kg), please send in a request. This is a Class 3 lodging.

Délicieux séjour

Vacances courtes mais parfaitement réussies.Bien sûr un peu de bruit de la rue mais. Mais vraiment pas de quoi abaisser l'excellent niveau de satisfaction.

Vue incroyable , logement agréable mais seul gros bémol pas de Clim donc très dur quand il fait + de 30 degrés . Malheureusement nous avons aussi eu beaucoup de guêpes donc parfois il n’était pas possible d’aller sur la terrasse .

Vue splendide imprenable

La vue depuis l’appartement est absolument splendide, les équipements tout à fait complets, le logement est très propre et assez spacieux. La salle d’eau un peu vieillotte est tout de même fonctionnelle. Le défaut de cet appartement est qu’il surplombe la route principale de la côte et qu’il y a du bruit jour et nuit. Étant donné la chaleur, on est obligé de dormir fenêtre ouverte, donc aucune isolation phonique. L’accès au stationnement est très abrupt mais tout de même praticable , on peut aussi laisser sa voiture sur la route au dessus.

Appartement très agreable

Nous vous passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cet appartement avec une superbe vue, très bien situé pour les visites de la région. La petite plage de la Fossette très agréable est très vite accessible à pied. Le centre ville du Lavandou est également proche par le sentier du littoral. Bref pas besoin de voiture ! Seul bémol le bruit incessant de la circulation en contre bas du logement et l’accès parking un peu délicat... Mais on y arrive !!

Simplement Parfait

Tout est identique à la description. Bel appartement tout équipé et bien propre, une très jolie vue. Plage St claire à 10 minutes, la D559 en bas de l’appartement un peu bruyante, l’accès au parking un peu difficile mais on s’habitue vite. Merci à tous car nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Une merveille

Une vue imprenable, proche de la plage de St Clair,agréable petit hameau les pieds dans l'eau. Je recommande absolument cet appartement. Il est à noter que l'appartement est situé en hauteur et donc en pente.
