The villa was very nice, well equipped and in a good location for accessing many places of interest.The pool is well maintained and very welcome on a hot day. As the villa is at an altitude it is noticeably cooler than on the coast. The host reacted well when we reported a couple of issues and resolved them quickly.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz

Vorerst vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Kurz zum Haus und der Umgebung: - Sehr schönes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten, um gemeinsam mit der Familie und / oder Freunden Zeit zu verbringen. - Gut zu wissen ist, dass das größere Schlafzimmer mit den Doppelstockbetten im Kellergeschoss liegt. Das hat den Vorteil, dass es immer kühl ist und den Nachteil, dass es neben der Garage, wo sich offensichtlich die Technik für den Pool befindet, ziemlich nach Chlor gerochen hat. Das Lüften des Raumes ist auf Grund der kleinen Fenster nur bedingt möglich. - Das Haus mit seiner Einrichtung ist nicht neu, macht aber insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck. - Es liegt in einem ruhigen Ort mit mehreren Tavernen, wobei wir die Taverne „Aloni“ unbedingt empfehlen können (schönes Ambiente mit exklusivem Ausblick). Dort haben wir tolle Abende mit sehr schmackhaften Essen verbracht. Vielen Dank nochmal, wir haben das Haus als Basis für Ausflüge genutzt und gleichzeitig ein paar schöne Tage direkt am Haus verbracht.

Beautiful villa very convenient for Rethymno

As a family of 6 (children ranging in age from 11 to 18), we found Villa Elena very comfortable and well equipped. The outside areas particularly are beautifully done. The pool is larger than average for a Greek villa. Roussospiti is a small village with a couple of reasonable tavernas and a little shop. Rethymno is great for the teenagers because there are bars, shops, water sports and miles of Sandy beach. We also visited Margarites, Episcopi beach, Arkadi monastery, the water park near Heraklion and Knossos - all of which we would fully recommend during a visit.

Great stay

We had a great time in Villa Elena during our stay. Ameneties in the Villa were at good level. Pool was big enough for our kids to swim and jump into. Location of Villa was good as we were seeking for calm and quiet surroundings. We had a rental van for the entire vacation, so going to Rethymno for shopping and beach was easy. Villa served as a perfect hub during our stay to the several sightseeing trips we did.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis met alles erop en eraan

Een top plek om te verblijven. Er ontbrak niets. ,Fijne terrassen, schoon zwembad, volledige keuken met alle apparatuur. Een fijn vakantiehuis in een gezellig rustig dorpje met restaurantjes waar het eten goed is.

Top, Sorglos buchen. Genial für Familien.

Super Sache. Die Gastgeberin ist ultra nett. Kleiner Punkt ist das die Agentur und die Gastgeberin nicht immer in direkter Kommunikation stehen und man oft mit der Agentur in Kontakt ist, obwohl man denkt es ist die Gastgeberin - bisschen verwirrend. Aber das ist ein ganz ganz kleines Minus. Und sobald man es weiß irritiert es auch nicht mehr. Das Objekt ist super, aber der Kontakt zu den Nachbarn mit jungen Kindern ist definitiv da. Tagsüber ist alles easy . Aber nach 23 Uhr wollen diese ihre Nachtruhe. Wir haben das natürlich respektiert, aber bei der unglaublich tollen Aussenanlage ist schon schade, da wir dann mit Musik immer ins Haus gegangen sind. Wir waren 10 Personen zwischen 24 und 27. Das Objekt lohnt sich in erster Linie perfekt für zwei oder eine grosse Familie. Wir als Freundeskreis hatten, aber trz einen tollen Urlaub. Empfehlung eher auf 30 plus Man kann es definitiv sorglos buchen. Empfehlenswert. Außenanlage und Pool wird ständig gepflegt.

We felt like we were family of the host and the views were amazing!

What a magical place and what a host! The property was more than we anticipated and perfect for our family. The different outdoor dining and sitting areas were amazing. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the views! It’s in a quiet little village but we were able to walk to a market for groceries and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Tolle Villa in der Nähe von Rethymnon

Insgesamt ein tolles Objekt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die ein Ferienhaus bieten sollte. Die Villa verfügt über ein voll eingerichtet Küche, als auch über eine tolle Outdoor-Küche mit Ofen und Grill. Im EG und 1. OG befindet sich jeweils ein vollwertiges Bad, im UG ein weiteres kleines Duschbad - also ausreichend Bäder für größere Familien oder Gruppen. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht viele Attraktionen, außer drei Tavernen (Insb. Aloni ist sehr empfehlenswert). In ca. 15 Auto-Minuten (der direkte Weg ist z.Z. gesperrt) erreicht man die Altstadt oder die Innenstadt von Rethymnon, wo es dann wesentlich lebendiger zugeht. In der Nähe von Rethymnon befinden sich einige Strände, aber mit 15min. mehr Fahrzeit (insg. ca. 45min.) erreicht man die Bucht von Plakias im Süden der Insel. Dort befindet sich ein netter Sandstrand eingerahmt von den Bergen und ohne riesige Hotelanlagen in der Nähe. Ansonsten befinden im Umkreis viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch Chania und Iraklio sind in ungefähr einer Stunde fahrt zu erreichen. Wir haben die angenehmen Temperaturen im Oktober genutzt um uns viel anzusehen und die Schluchten der Insel zu erkunden. Insbesondere hierfür ist die zentrale Lage auf der Insel ideal gewesen. Wir können die Villa daher uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Insbesondere die Erstbestückung des Kühlschrankes mit vielen lokalen Leckereien sollte noch erwähnt werden (nochmals vielen Dank an Helena!) - mit dieser Grundausstattung und den Tavernen im Dorf mussten wir die Ganze Woche keinen Einkauf tätigen.

Agréable séjour à Rethymno

Location pour 4 d’une villa présentée pour 10 On étais bien mais a 10 on aurait été très serré. Villa adaptée pour 6-8 Max. Localisation sur les hauteurs donc on respirait bien État d’entretien irréprochable Communication très facile et réactive avec le loueur Accueil très bien . Il avait anticipé le petit déjeuner du lendemain et fait la surprise d’un plat local pour une soirée.attentiln très appréciée Point négatif le coq et les chiens qui nous ont parfois réveillé un peu tôt....mais c’est ça aussi la crête ( mieux vaut ça que le tapage nocturne des fêtes et autres touristes Rethymno est très bien placé pour découvrir la Crète On reviendra!

Lovely

Lovely villa, and really friendly kind owner, Elena. Room setup ideal for a family with 4 children due to 'bunk' room with 2 bunk beds, but not sure it would work for 2 familes or 3 couples. No smart TV and DVD player didn't work which was a negative for down time, but not the end of the world! Plenty to do in the area and the nearby town Rethymno, but we had to source this ourselves as no info in the villa. Also the village has 2 really nice (and cheap!) restaurants. The pool is quite small but the rest of the villa especially the outside areas are lovely. The villa was cleaned mid week which was a great touch as not usual for one week stays. Elena was a generous host with welcome godies for our arrival, and she brought dinner and wine for us one night. The only thing it lacked we felt was some local info in English! Overall would recommend.

Buchung mit 10 Personen

Wir hatten dieses Objekt vom 08.07.2019 bis 18.07.2019 gebucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Objekt entspricht im vollem Umfang der Beschreibung . Trotzdem möchte ich hier auf ein paar Mängel hinweisen. 1. Die Reinigung funktioniert nicht!!! Alle 2 Tage sollte das Objekt gereinigt werden, sowie Handtücher und Toilettenpapier erneuert werde. Nur nach Anruf und Beschwerde kam dann endlich mal jemand vorbei. (Reinigung war in den 10 Tagen nur 2mal, und das nur auf drängen) Auch die angekündigten regionalen Leckereien, aller 2 Tage blieben aus. 2. Kleine Mängel des Objekts wurden, trotz Hinweis am 1. Tag, nicht repariert. (defekte Duschschläuche, defekte Außenrollos, defekte Poolbeleuchtung) 3. In dem Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, lassen diese Bette sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei dem etwas größerem Bett ist die Matratze völlig eingelegen und bei dem 2. Bett handelt es sich nur um eine kleine notdürftige Liege mit defekter Matratze. Für Personen die schon Probleme mit dem Rücken haben sind diese Betten völlig unbrauchbar!

Outstanding home.

This house was everything and more that it advertised. The views were great, the property was in excellent shape and Elena and her family were so kind to us. The neighbors were very nice and it really made our holiday. The next time we're in Crete will will stay here if at all possible.

Highly recommended!

For a family with two children this was an ideal holiday villa. It truly had everything we needed. Here you can taste the authentic cretan life and the people of the village are very friendly. The touristic life of Rethymnon is not far though, only about ten minutes' drive away. So you can have it all: the touristic life and action as well as living like a local in peace and quiet. Perfect!

Für jeden der etwas besonderes sucht und zugleich landestypische wohnen will. Sehr gute Atmosphäre, für den der entspannen möchte. Wer will kann auch die vielen Angebote des Vermieters nutzen. Egal ob die Inimität einer Ferienwohnung oder das Zubuchen von Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotel. alles ist möglich.

Очень хорошо, особенно для спокойного отдыха

Общее впечатление от виллы осталось очень хорошее. Менеджер, обслуживающая виллу, заботливая и внимательная. На просьбы и вопросы, возникающие при проживании, реагировала быстро. Необходимо откорректировать значок месторасположения виллы на карте в дер. Руссоспити, а то вначале приехали к другому дому. В виде рекомендаций можно посоветовать разнообразить завтрак, добавив фрукты и молочные продукты.

Lovely Villa, Lovely Country

First impressions were perfect, lovely warm Cretion welcoming with meal, Raki and wine. Villa met all expectations and the few minor things (we were first visitors of season) we sorted within hours! Elena was lovely doing anything sh could to assist our stay, Poppie was superb and again anything we wanted she provided. The booking system was easy and Valia responded and sort out everything we wanted to know before the visit. We decided not to hire a car and used taxis once you have a number they are easy to use costing 12Euro for a journey to the city we needed 2 taxis for each journey spending approx 240Euro during the 2 Week stay this was far cheaper than hiring a vehicle and aloud all of us to have a drink and enjoy meals without the need to drive, in the comments book in the villa we have left the number of the taxi we would recommend you use he was great and nothing was any trouble. Highly recommend the villa.
