Picturesque Lakefront Cottage

Relax and enjoy the views of the lake from every room in this beautiful lakefront cottage. Main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, laundry, 1/2 bath and a spacious living room. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and full bath. The property has 130 ft of lake frontage with a large dock for swimming - fishing- boating, an open area for kids to play and a spacious deck for relaxing lakeside. Perfect spot to enjoy the views of the sunrise and sunset each day.

Peaceful abode on directly on the water

One of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. It is completely renovated throughout, with an open floor plan. Lots of windows and outdoor seating overlooking the lake and plenty of room to swim and enjoy all that Cuba Lake has to offer.

Perfect Cottage

Everything was beautiful. Clean and lots of linens the kitchen was stocked with everything utensil and plate bowl etc you would need. Would definitely stay again.

Great Trip to Cuba!

We had a very nice trip to Cuba NY. This house is lovely and right on the water. We enjoyed playing the games in the cabinet,and it was convenient to have a washer/dryer to use. Lots ot local hiking, but bring boots in spring- everything was very muddy!

Reunion week vacation

Excellent rental process and home. The week was tremendously hot for June. With no air conditioning, upstairs was very hot. Fans going to keep the air circulating. Friendly Quiet neighbors. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great house!

We booked this house to stay in for my son’s graduation weekend from St. Bonaventure University. The views are beautiful, the house was very clean and the hosts were super helpful! We were able to have a barbecue the first night for our family and the grandparents who were staying at a nearby hotel…as well as having food back at the house after the graduation itself. Picking up catered food and enjoying a relaxing afternoon/evening with the graduate and family was so much more relaxing than dealing with the graduation day/Mother’s Day crowds at the local restaurants. We spent each afternoon out on the deck, playing games and having cocktails and it was a great way to spend the weekend.

Great Place for Rest and Relaxation

My experience with this cottage was superb. Everything was very clean and the decor was beautiful. Although the windows were older, they were lovely as there were so many windows for a spectacular view and had screens to get a breeze to make it pleasant even without AC. The days were nice and warm and the nights cooled down very nicely for sleep. The fans were helpful as well. We enjoyed using our paddleboards off the dock. The ladder made it easy to get on and off the boards. Although it's pretty shallow near the cottage, don't forget your life jackets! The kitchen had most everything we needed. Everything in the cottage worked well. Beds were comfortable. Cell signal wasn't good, but we utilized wifi calling with the internet. The cottage seems to be in a quiet area as we had much serenity. We didn't leave except to go for a short walk. Looking forward to staying again!

Very Peaceful Vacation

This property was just perfect for my family. Being right on the Lake was very relaxing. We loved all the windows and were able to enjoy the view from inside or out! The beds were very comfortable; bedding and towels were provided in abundance. We really enjoyed out stay. Thanks for everything! Lisa D.

Lakeside Comfort

The property was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. It's a great place to relax and unwind! The house and neighborhood are quiet and the location is convenient to the town center. We enjoyed the deck area and pretty lake views as well!

Family getaway

This was the perfect location for our family. The house was very clean, spacious and open with amazing views. The kitchen had everything needed to cook great meals, enjoyed the fire pit and rented a boat from the marina. Would book this same house again and if available.

Lakeside stay was beautiful

The setting couldn’t have been better. The home is roomy with light pouring in from the windows. Well appointed kitchen. Great fire pit setting but the black flies were foreboding and we weren’t brave enough to take them on. The clean up instructions were more than most VRBOs we have stayed in the past. Overall a great stay.

Most relaxing property I've ever been to

If you're considering booking this home, don't hesitate-do it! This house was simply amazing. There are views from the lake in nearly every single room. It's quiet, peaceful, beautifully maintained and just completely lovely. We went with family, (ranging in age from 2-71). Each person loved their experience. The lake is stunning and the deck is a wonderful spot to sit and have dinner or a coffee in the morning. If you are looking for a peaceful stay with family-this is 100% it. Will book again and highly recommend.

Perfect Cottage

The cottage could not have been more perfect. One of the nicest on this lake. We enjoyed our extended stay. The owners were very nice and accomodating. We hope to return again next year. Both the lake and the town are so very charming!

Wonderful Lake House Stay

Our family had a wonderful time, playing in the water, boating and just hanging out on the deck/dock. The house was very clean, open and airy,. It had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and kind. Highly Recommend this cottage.

Weekend get away with my boys

Property and house was clean and everything accessible. Close to town to visit some shops. House was cozy and had open concept and enough Room for us all to sit. There were 7 of us and it worked out perfect...

Unhappy with homeowner

Everything went great until I left. The family and I spent hours making the house spotless. We even restocked entire home with everyday supplies to. Then he kept my security deposit because a sprinkle was on the floor upstairs from a child that snuck a cookie up. Then sent me a fairly rude b email explaining all this.
