Annecy is 30 minutes by car or by train, Geneva and Geneva airport in Switzerland at 1h and Lyon also. In the heart of the old town and 15 minutes walk from the lake, 5 minutes from the train station and right next to the Casino.

Alquilé un piso de 3 habitaciones y solo tenia 1

Alquile este piso, en el anuncio decía que tenia 3 habitaciones, cuando las personas llegaron resultó que solamente tenia 1. En el interin se modificó el anuncio ahora dice que tiene 2, pero es solo 1 y la sala que tiene sofa cama. En cuanto a los servicio adicionales esta bien.

Très mauvaise expérience

Je vous rappel les étapes : 1 je réserve ... tout va bien ! 2 le propriétaire m informe par la messagerie ,le jour de mon arrivée, que le draps doivent être retirer de l étendoire, installés sur les lits, retirés au départ, lavés, séchés. Ce qui n était pas précisé dans l'annonce et qui n est pas conforme aux usages de la location. 3 j informe le propriétaire de mon refus de ces conditions et de mon souhait d annuler 4 le propriétaire me précise que ce sont les conditions a prendre ou a laisser ... point ... et me demande d annuler moi même la réservation (ce qui n était pas possible sur l interface abritel) 5 j appel abritel pour l annulation, qui me dis qu il n est pas possible d annuler le jour de mon arrivée ... sic ! 6 je me réorganise pour trouver un autre logement 7 le propriétaire suite a un appel d abritel, m informe finalement que les draps sont installés fournis et qu il n a rien d autre a faire lors du départ .... ! Et que je peux prendre l appartement ... la faute serait donc de mon côté et me demande de supporter le prix total suite a mon annulation !!! Je n ai finalement pas pris l appartement, d une part je m étais engagé par ailleurs suite a son refus initial ... et pas vraiment envie de cautionner ce genre d attitude. Reste les 100 € payés que j espère récupérer auprès d abritel !
