Appartement fonctionnel disposant d'une terrasse avec vue sur la marina, le lac et la montagne. Idéalement situé pour les activités sur place (plage, randonnée à pied ou à vélo, footing). Accueil chaleureux et le petit plus pour l'été: la présence d'une climatisation pour le salon et chambre.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien agencé et idéalement situé au bord du lac. La terrasse est très agréable et la clim était très appréciable en cette semaine caniculaire. Merci à Mr MARTINS pour son accueil chaleureux.

PETIT COIN DE PARADIS

Très agréable séjour. Appartement très propre, calme, très bien agencé et complet : literie impeccable, rien ne manquait en ce qui concerne les ustensiles de cuisine. Situation proche des balades à l'infini entre lac et verdure : une semaine parfaite de dépaysement et de détente. Parking réservé au pied du logement. J'y reviendrai certainement. je recommande chaleureusement l'appartement autant que l'endroit. Merci Patricia !! Anne Marie

L’emplacement idéal ! Tout correspond à l’annonce mise en ligne, vue sur le lac, accessibilité, tout était conforme à l’annonce, sauf peut-être le local à vélo qui n’est pas adapté aux vélos électriques. Cependant, la conciergerie a vraiment tout fait son possible en vue de trouver une solution ! Les personnes chargées de nous accueillir était parfaites, ponctuelles et très professionnelles ! Nous pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour sur Aix les Bains ! Véronique

Très bel appartement situé face au lac. La mise à disposition de 2 vélos par la propriétaire est un plus. Superbe région et très beaux paysages. Nous avons énormément apprécié ce séjour.
