Welcome to the ‘Laguna Beach House’ on beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Leigh has graciously decided to share her little piece of ‘Paradise’. It is the perfect family home, sure to make many happy memories.

We have made every effort to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

For your use, there is a charcoal grill in the carport.

The home has 4 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A spacious screened porch and a paved deck are perfect for making memories.There is a spacious carport and driveway.

The 4 bedrooms each have SMART tvs.

The home has been remodeled in early 2024. All ceilings, sheetrock walls, closet doors and bedroom doors were renovated. The home has new flooring throughout. The HVAC system has also been updated. There is a new sundeck on the SW side of the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed this newly updated gulf front beach house. It was in a good location with all you need within a 10 mile radius. Great views of the beach and the waters edge was not far away. There was a nice screened in sun room out the back door with a nice little deck to one side of it with a palm tree in the middle. The walk ways on both sides of the house had gates that you could lock to keep kids in and unwanted traffic out. We come to the beach every year and this was one on the cleanest updated house we have stayed in. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great place to stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway with Stunning Sunsets and Unique Features

We recently stayed at this charming beach house and had an absolutely wonderful time! The sunsets were breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for our evenings. The screened-in porch was a fantastic feature, allowing us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze without any pesky bugs. One of the most unique aspects of this property was the external doors to the bathrooms with outside showers. It was incredibly convenient after a day at the beach to rinse off the sand and saltwater before heading inside. Overall, this beach house offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beach escape! We will be back.

Wonderful

This was a beautiful house, the pictures don’t do justice. The patio was our favorite part of the property! Perfect view of the ocean, & walk right off onto the beach, and we loved the screened porch it was perfect. The layout of the house was beyond perfect. If there was one thing I was to say about the house that possibly could even be fixed. We rented this as a handicap house & it was great except the wheel chair wouldn’t fit through the bathroom doors, but we worked around this and would rent it again any day!

Good Handicap accessibility, GREAT location

Overall, this worked great for what we needed. We needed something on one level, as my mom has limited mobility, and were looking for something on the beach. The size of the bedrooms was awesome too. Just a note... to improve the handicap accessibility, some grab bars in at least one of the showers would help. We rented a beach wheelchair, so we had to use the public access ramp to get her to the beach, but otherwise perfect location - right on the beach and easy drive to other areas. LOVED the covered porch.

Great location for a beach house

The property was exactly as expected with everything you need. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us to relax and enjoy each other's company. We were surprised to find 2 dining room tables and a great view of the beach. We loved walking out of the house and directly onto the beach!

What makes this property unique

Laguna Beach House is a beachfront house in PCB. It is one level and steps from the white sandy beach. The home has a spacious carport and driveway. There is a sidewalk and gate on the east and west side of the house as well as a gate leading to the beach. The back deck has a picnic table and several seating options as well as a cozy screened in porch. The bathrooms have walk in showers with grab bars. There is also an outside shower outside each bathroom so you may shower off the sand before entering through the east or west bathroom. The laundry room also has an extra full size refrigerator.
