This Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath plus extra Bunk room is located on the 4th Floor!

Celadon Beach Resort is located on the much desired West End of Panama City Beach. (Just two miles from Pier Park)

Features a King Bedroom in the Master bedroom with a spectacular views of the gulf coast. The second bedroom has a king bed and bunks in the bunk room (one full size and regular bed). Upgrades installed Feb of 2019 not shown yet in pictures: new vinyl flooring in all 2 br and bunk room, new vanity in hall bathroom and new lighting in both bath rooms. Bunk room set up with Roku TV which offers a variety of viewing options.

There is a breakfast bar, Dining Area, Laundry Room with a full size Washer and Dryer, Two Full Size Baths, Fully Equipped Kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could need microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Blender, Food Processor, etc.

Two pools - One Beach side with hot tubs; One Indoor/Outdoor Heated.

Been coming to the beach in June for about 20 years. Best condo we ever stayed in. SUPER clean! Nice quite area of the beach’ hope to stay her again next year!!

First family vacation in 5 years (way too long to be away from PCB)

This condo was exactly as described. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The communication was above and beyond what I have experienced with any other host. I highly recommend!!!

Everything was wonderful! Al was a pleasure to work with, and David was “Johnny on the spot.” No complaints whatsoever! The proximity to the beach was top notch! Beds were awesome. Very comfortable. Loved our vacation! Would stay here again.

Awesome week in this unit. Al was a great host. Check in was super easy with code. Sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Great condo, super clean with 2 full baths. Beach chair service was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great pool, location

Great location, amazing pool (across the street),, the one on the same side of the condo was extremely cold but felt good after being in the sun all day. The condo was fairly clean, let the owner know he should check in on the cleaners because I felt like some things were overlooked and he assured he would. Overall decent place to stay in PCB!

Great Vacay

The property was as described, clean and accommodating. We didn't cook alot but had all the pots and pans if we decidied too. Al was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach service was great that came with the condo also. This is our 3rd time staying at the Celadon. We love the west end so laid back and quite.

Great girls trip.

Great view. Enjoyed everything and it was so comfy. Clean and well stocked except toilet paper. Janitorial service were very good at keeping it all clean and smelling good. I give the cleaning staff a 5 star. They work their butts off. All the staff were so friendly and curtious. I’d reccomend this place to everyone who wants a good time and clean

Family Vacay 2020

Had a great time at the Celadon. Wanted to stay away from the over populated areas d/t Coronavirus and returning to work on my return. This was perfect! The last High rise condo on the strip yet still close enough to everything. Rental was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The free beach chairs were an added bonus! Al was just a text away if we needed anything. Hope to return again soon!

Enjoyed our Spring Break stay!

Celadon condo 402 was a great place to stay for our family! The unit was well-maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. It had a fully stocked kitchen where we had everything we needed to eat in most meals of our stay-from a blender to a crock pot. There are beautiful ocean and sunset views from the balcony on the 4th floor which has two entrances-one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. The balcony has comfortable chairs to sit in and a tote with beach toys for ocean fun. The two beach lounge chairs and umbrella set up for the week added value to the stay!! We enjoyed the tennis court, pools, and hot tubs. The grills were handy, but you do need to provide your own charcoal from our experience. We would recommend this unit, and resort, and felt it was a very family-friendly location! Memories made, with lots of sunshine and smiles!!

Great trip!

The condo and balcony were roomy and lovely. Plenty of seating during down times. The beds were comfy. The bunk room was actually a room with a door, Not just an alcove,So the teens had some privacy. The Oceanside pool was big and fun, and the one across the street was as well, only quieter. The hot tub Oceanside didn’t seem to work but the one across the street did. We enjoyed the bridge from the parking garage to the room. Elevators were fast and the staff was Friendly. There was an Alvin’s across the street, but that was about the only thing we could walk to. However, we could hit back beach road and drive most places in 3-10 minutes. Al, the owner, was communicative and checked on us regularly. It was a great vacation and a great place!

Get what you pay for.

Property was very dirty, had ants, mold in tub & bath ceiling fans, Living room furniture really dirty, tables & sofa,Some guest left after one week, we left a day early. Needs to be painted, doors in bedroom were sticky & would not wipe off. Chocolate bunny left in bedroom closet. Whole unit is just thrown together. Furniture in bedrooms was good. Use you to stay here after & this was worst ever.

Great condo and owner communication

Al, the owner, was great with communication throughout the entire process, from booking to checkout. He sent reminders and info in a timely manner. He had maintenance come fix a few minor issues while we were there. Overall, the room was all we needed for our stay. On a side note… This was our 7th year staying at the Celadon and it will be our last because of the elevator problems. This is not the owner’s problem, so we’re not blaming him at all. We’ve had elevator issues every year and it continues to only get worse each summer. We have decided to no longer stay in a high-rise. However, staying on the 4th floor in Al‘s condo was beneficial because we could run up and down the stairs if we absolutely had to. We don’t recommend staying on the 23rd floor because taking the stairs would be nearly impossible!!!

Perfect Visit

Our first visit to Panama City Beach and Celadon Condo was perfect. This condo building is the last high rise on the west end of the island, in a more quiet and pretty area. The condo owners, Al and his wife, live on-site. They were so welcoming and friendly. The condo was very comfortable. It had all the "must haves," including comfortable King size beds, great water pressure, lots of hot water, good storage and a well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space to put our things and a bin of beach and ocean toys for kids. The best thing about the condo was the front row view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, living room, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom. We loved having the ocean in the front yard. The sun sets are exquisite. Dolphins swim by occasionally, as well. The condo association is very well-run. Staff are all friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool water was warm and wonderful. The hot tub was fantastic. They have tennis and pickle ball too. According to Facebook, other high-risess in PCB seem to have elevator issues but Celadon's were recently replaced and they work like a charm every time, with no long waits. My husband had a grand time fishing from the Russell Fields Pier and off the beach. He caught more fish than we could eat. VRBO lists Al as a premiere host and he truly is. Thanks, Al for a wonderful visit.
