This unit boasts new furnishings, king master bedroom, and bunks in hallway. Perfect for a small family or a couples getaway- you won't want to miss this unit!

***This unit has Beach Chair Service! You will get two beach chairs and one umbrella everyday you are here.***March-October

NO SMOKING! Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including on balconies. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited.

Rental agreement will be emailed after reservation and must be filled out in a timely manner or may result in cancellation.

Love this condo! Love the location, check in is super easy, it was clean, and you have everything you'll need for a weeks stay. The only complaint, the couch is not comfortable at all, we did not have the best weather so stayed in a lot and used the couch more then a normal beach trip. Other then that, love this condo!

Our booking with Haven Beach Rentals Panama City Beach Fl

We have used Haven Beach rentals for booking our stay for many years and have always been pleased with the service we receive. Any time we have an issue which is something we don't understand how to work, they will work with us and also come to the condo if we still can't understand. We are an elderly couple by the way. My husband and I will continue to use Haven Beach Rentals for our beach stays. Thanks Lisa and Kendall for making everything so nice.

Perfect for our family of four. No elevator wait, nice views, nicely decorated, comfy couches and beds. Lisa was nice and very responsive. The best part was no lugging chairs or tent to grab a spot in front. Beach chairs and umbrella are front row and were perfect.

Lovely little beach house

We had a great time this week. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved walking down to Thomas’ for donuts and Pizza… Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub on cool nights. The view from our balcony was incredible… we enjoyed watching the sunset.

Lovely place

The location was great and the unit was extremely comfortable. The appliances were all very nice and we had everything we needed. The decor was especially pretty. It felt like a home rather than a rental. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Amazing!

This beautiful condo was perfect for us in every way. Having a beach umbrella and 2 chairs set up for us everyday was super nice!! Very convenient parking garage.

Beautiful beachfront getaway spot

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property and really enjoyed it. Everything was extremely clean, the host sent email with instructions for parking which were easy to follow. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We utilized the beach chair service every day and it was so nice not to have to haul a bunch of chairs and umbrellas around when we wanted to go to the beach. The condo is kind of at the end of a row of high rises, with smaller rentals on the other side which were really quiet. I felt like our beach was less crowded than the high rises farther up the beach toward Panama City. Great kitchen, easy to do laundry, and some board/card games for down time. I highly recommend! Also, it’s really close to great food options!! The recommendations from the host were perfect.

Perfect size

The condo was decorated so cute and cozy beach vibe. All appliances were new and house was clean. Perfect for a family of 4 and quick access to beach. We never felt on top of each other in the condo. Having beach chairs with the condo was a plus too.

The location was good. We were given chair assignments, but ours was still being occupied by another couple. We bought a canopy and our own chairs at Academy. The fridge water came on randomly in the middle of the night flooding the fridge. Food and our rum punch had to be dumped to use the pitcher to collect the large amount of water spewing out. No credit was offered for the inconveniences.

Great location

We loved being on the first level. We were right on the beach - the front door led right out to the street level, which was so convenient! The balcony was right on the beach. Both pools were great! Parking was so convenient. Everyone we met was so nice, and the management for the rental was wonderful, responsive, and knowledgeable. We loved having two prepaid beach chairs and an umbrella. You only needed to reserve it the first day, and then you had that same set each day after. Everything was so convenient - anywhere we wanted to go was just a short drive away. We went to Gulf World and swam with dolphins. It was fantastic! The only drawback of the condo was space. There were four of us. My daughter didn't want to sleep on the top bunk, because there wasn't a railing. She slept on the couch - which was fine. There isn't much storage, so the kids just lived out of their suitcases. Everything else was great!

PERFECT VACA iN EVERY WAY

This location checked all our boxes. 1st floor convenience to beach, parking, pool . Unit was exactiy as advertised. This was our first rental experience and the information provided beforehand and also in our unit upon arrival was so complete and helpful. The timely response to the 1 or 2 questions I did have was so reassuring that I choose the perfect place and people to ensure a very pleasing positive vacation. I will be going back and the sooner the better.
