The property is 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 20 minutes by bus, or via private chauffeur, which we can arrange for you through our concierge service.
Driving? You have private parking, and free street parking is available.

Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surroundings offer a charming “village” atmosphere. Within a 5-minute walk, access all the shops: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, hair salon.
Want to head to downtown Cannes? Walk to the famous Croisette and reach the Palais des Congrès in 20 minutes along the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation with bus stops just a few steps from your accommodation.
The Palais des Festivals is also a 20-minute walk away.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
