Apartment 'Nostalgique' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

LE NOSTALGIQUE is an air-conditioned, spacious, modern and bright apartment.



It is fully equipped and the rooms are soundproofed. LE NOSTALGIQUE is located in Cannes' prestigious "CARRÉ D'OR", 2 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the Palais des Festival. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. Our customers benefit from 3 balconies. Secure pay parking in the same building. It is available on request. There are 4 customer keys at your disposal.







LE NOSTALGIQUE has 2 bedrooms. Beds can be converted into double (180x200) or single beds. There are 2 en suite shower rooms. Bath and beach towels are provided. There are also 2 hairdryers. The sofa bed (140x190) is in the living room. Internet is stable (fiber) and Netflix is available free of charge. Internet TV channels are international. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.







The apartment is located in the heart of Cannes, not far from the old town. It's a lively place.



There are restaurants, cinemas, the famous Rue d'Antibes, private and public beaches and the marina just a few steps away.



Nice airport is a 40-minute drive away. The train and bus station is a 5-minute walk away.







Bettina will be on hand to welcome you. She speaks German, English and French.



Arrival times are flexible if possible.

Bettina the host was amazing!!! One of the best hosts I’ve had on a vacation rental. She helped us get settled and was very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had for the entire time. Everything was excellent from check-in all the way through the end of the trip. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect! The balconies were wonderful and you absolutely cannot beat the location of this place. It is exactly where you want to be to enjoy everything Cannes has to offer. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. Not even a block away there’s a place that rents mopeds and bikes. I highly recommend doing this and exploring the city and outskirts! Thank you so much Bettina!

Nice location, near everything. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. Lots of nice balconies to watch the goings on in the street or sip a glass of wine in the evening. There is a nightclub district right down the street. There’s some noise, but not enough to cause troubles sleeping. The building is very safe and secure. Bettina gave us lots good and useful information on things to do and was very responsive.

The apartment was mostly as described with one exception: there is only one toilet. There are indeed two bathrooms en suite but the one toilet is in the hall. Property manager is great: Very responsive and helpful. Great location and the terraces would be very nice in warm weather. A good choice in Cannes for families rather than friends.

Incredible stay in south of France

We absolutely loved staying at this place in Cannes. The place is very spacious and has three ACs which made it cool even during the heat. Additionally, the host is very friendly and is great at communicating. The location is also great, being able to walk to beaches, stores, restaurants, and the train station all less than 10 mins away. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Super stan na odličnoj lokaciji

Stan je na super lokaciji, sve se može obići nogom i cijena je ok. Super opremljeno, klimatizirano, garazno mjesto koje se posebno plaća. Preporuka za porodice sa djecom, plaza je blizu. Bettina super zena i susretljiva. Sve preporuke.

LOVED it!

My friend and I LOVED staying here. Fabulous location, really lovely place, well appointed with everything we needed, and an awesome check-in experience! Grateful for the parking that was available and the elevator since we were carrying heavy suitcases. Also liked the security of the building. Overall, a really terrific experience.

La Nostalgie

We were do pleased with our light, airy two bedroom apartment with three terraces, and just enough of a view of the sea. It was perfectly located between the Croisette and Rue D’Antibes. I'm very close to the Palett MD festival. Bettina was gracious and very helpful, both incoming and outgoing and quite frankly ever since nine 2020 when we had first reserved the apartment and it was canceled due to Covid, my friend and I are so happy to have had another few weeks of pleasure in CANNES

L'appartamento è ampio e molto confortevole, ben fornito di tutto il necessario. la posizione è centrale vicinissima alla Croisette, alla spiaggia ed al Palazzo del Festival. Fun weekend in Cannes

Great location in central Cannes! Restaurants and clubs abound, and you are 5 minutes from the beach or the train. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing - no surprises. The property manager Bettina was very helpful and responsive, working with us to arrange last minute check-in when our rental in Nice fell through. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Cannes.

Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Cannes

Die Wohnung in der 2. OG hat wirklich eine tolle, zentrale Lage. Einer der schönsten Strandabschnitte ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, zwischen Croisette und Rue D´Antibes im Herzen der Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung (gerade auch in der Küche)lässt nichts vermissen. Klasse auch der Balkon mit Markise, den wir gerne zu allen Tageszeiten genutzt haben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Bettina für eine sensationelle Rundumbetreuung. Danke für die Flexibilität bei An/und Abreise.

Wohnung in Cannes

Hübsche Wohnung, liegt strategisch sehr gut, nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Aller Einkaufsmöglichkeiten samt Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbaren Nähe. Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson und Besitzer. Jederzeit wieder.
