Amazing Ocean View Condo - Updated furnishings throughout!

Looking for a vacation spot where every time you come back, you experience the same high level of quality? At our Koastal View oceanfront condo, we personally renovated and equipped this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo to become ‘that’ vacation spot where you will want to book your next visit before you leave.

Koastal View is located on the 5th floor at Pelican Watch, Carolina Beach. It has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation! Pelican Watch features secured access after 9 PM, 2 elevators, a heated indoor pool & hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, ocean front picnic area with charcoal grills, private sundeck, private beach walkway, outside shower and bike racks. Two parking passes are provided for the parking lot across the street. Guests can unload next to the front door, and luggage carts and two elevators are available to help you get your things up to the unit.

Enjoy fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean at Koastal View, and wake up to the sound of the surf and watch the sunrise without even getting out of bed! We strive to make the condo a very comfortable 'home away from home'. We continue to make updates to our home to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience and vacation.

The large ocean front balcony is equipped with 4 pub height Amish-built chairs and pub table, which is perfect for morning coffee or cocktails at sunset. Watch the dolphins, pelicans, boats and surfers.

The ocean front Master features a comfortable King bed, flat screen TV and private bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has an equally comfortable Queen bed and flat screen HD TV and shares a common bath with combination tub/shower. The ocean front Living Room features a Queen Sleeper Sofa, with a 50” flat screen TV.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is also well equipped with cooking supplies. The wet bar area is perfect for making your favorite cocktails. A full size front load washer and dryer, blender, toaster, coffee makers (Keurig & drip), iron, ironing board, luggage racks, and hair dryers are available for your convenience. Board games, cards and many books are also available for your use.

Smoking and Pets are NOT permitted at this property. Outdoor pools are normally open Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permitting). The front doors are locked after 9 PM. Therefore, you must arrive at the unit (on your first day) prior to 9 PM in order to gain access.

Another Excellent Stay

Third year staying at Dann and Nancy's condo. Accommodations were excellent as always. You cannot beat the location. And we had the added entertainment of watching the pelicans dive bomb for fish on multiple days. Enjoyed it thoroughly as always.

Pelican Watch 503

The condo exceeded our expectations. My wife, daughter, and I loved it. It was very clean, well appointed, and the owners have clearly thought about what travelers may need while away from home. The balcony was great for watching sunrises and sunsets. Pelican Watch can be easily accessed by using Dow Road and Ocean Blvd instead of driving through Carolina Beach (though that’s not too bad). A great place to consider for time on the beach.

We have dreamed of owning beachfront property for years. We fell in love with the location and the friendly people in both the complex and in Carolina Beach. The unit is spacious and the views are amazing.

Why they chose this property

Its a feeling you get everytime you come back to Carolina Beach. The local people are very nice, the restaurants are fun, and everything you need is so close.

What makes this property unique

We wanted to make this unit very comfortable and not have the traditional wicker/steel furniture you see in most condos. We wanted to provide nicer bedding and mattresses along with new clean appliances. We tried to 'think of everything' so you don't have to think about anything, but what you are going to do on next on your vacation.
