Individual family house

Modern detached house which houses our family for the rest of the year. It is located in a quiet residential area.

5 min walk from the center of the village, with many local shops (bakery, butcher, cheese, restaurants, pharmacy, ..).
1 km from the Bourget lake, the beach and the port. Multiple water sports.
Mountains nearby (the Bauges, the Chartreuse) and multiple activities (hiking, mountain biking, climbing and via ferrata ..).
Access: one hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.

You will have access to the whole house, the garden (with a bicycle shelter) and parking spaces.

The ground floor (55 m2) includes an entrance hall, a WC, a large living room with open fitted kitchen - dining room - living room overlooking the garden, an office area and a small bathroom - laundry room. The first floor (55 m2) includes a bathroom, a WC and 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms for our children and ours). We will leave our children's books and games available to the delight of yours. But also all the technological and culinary comfort that we find in a main house (wifi, TV, sound system, nespresso, ..)

The ground floor opens onto a fully equipped independent terrace (tables, chairs, garden furniture, parasols, plancha) and onto a small private garden. There you will find a trampoline and a children's cabin.

Our house is in a quiet co-ownership, so respect our nice neighbors.
