Esta es una casa verdaderamente encantadora!

Planta baja, villa ajardinada con cuatro dormitorios, amplio salón / comedor, cocina de lujo Encantadora sala de jardín con jardín verde para relajarse.

El dormitorio principal tiene cama king y cama individual con baño en suite. La habitación doble tiene dos camas que se pueden unir en una cama super king y la tercera habitación tiene una cama individual con una cama oculta debajo. El cuarto dormitorio es una habitación individual con ventanas francesas que dan al jardín privado. También hay una encantadora sala de jardín donde podrá relajarse. Esto hace que la propiedad sea ideal para 4 golfistas que no desean compartir una habitación.

El jardín tiene una puerta que conduce al paseo marítimo, carril bici, playa y piscinas de rocas. El paraíso de todos los niños! Todo lo que se requiere es el clima! Troon realmente tiene su propio microclima, ya que se beneficia de la corriente cálida del golfo y, a menudo, evita la lluvia, ya que se encuentra en la sombra de lluvia de Arran. ¡Muchos se sorprenden al encontrar a Troon seco y soleado mientras la lluvia cae a menos de media milla de distancia!

Scotland golf adventure

June and John were the perfect hosts. They made our stary perfect. They were happy to share local knowledge about the golf courses and the best local eateries. I highly recommend this venue for the Scotland gold experience.

We were delighted with Beachfront Bliss in every way. This seaside villa is beautifully appointed and the location both in easy reach of the seashore and the town of Troon is perfect. We were very comfortable and found it easy to relax and recharge after a busy day exploring Troon. The hosts were helpful and and even offered a warm welcome upon our arrival. So much thought has gone into this villa, from the well-appointed kitchen to the heated bathroom floors, and it is clear that the hosts take pride in creating an outstanding environment for guests. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Host, House and Location

Our stay was wonderful and June was a very attentive "host" who even left some Scottish groceries to start our stay. The location was wonderful, house was perfect for our family needs and the highlight was sitting out in the "conservatory" with the fire burning at night. Highly recommend!

Great golf location in ayr

Hosts June and John were wonderful. Set us up for breakfasts and the local area. Very friendly easily accessible both when arriving during the stay and as we left. The property was perfect for our group of 4 and centrally located to some great golf course. Would definitely recommend this location in this area. Very clean. Well stocked needed nothing during our stay

Exploring Scotland

Our first visit to Scotland and Troon was delightful. Our Hostess had the home sweetly decorated with fresh flowers in many of the rooms and treats of goodies and fresh fruit! Plenty of room for all (6 plus baby), walking distance to golf, the beach and the downtown. Lovely linen and comfy beds, charming sunroom with all the extras. It was evident much thought and care was spent preparing for our visit. Hope to visit again! Many thanks.

Lovely weekend

Made to feel very welcome and felt very much at home at 60 South Beach. We were very lucky with the weather too and managed to have walks along the beach. Welcome pack for guests in the kitchen very much appreciated and saves you worrying about tea/coffee, milk etc. when you arrive. The Prosecco too was greatly enjoyed by the girls. Laura

Brilliant property in a great location set on Troon beachfront. The property owner was fantastic, quickly responding whenever contacted and providing a warm welcome upon arrival. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend it.

Lovely beachside vacation spot

This is a lovely flat, right next to the beach, close to everything. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen amenities were amazing. Great TV and wifi and you could hear the ocean waves at night. June is a fabulous host!

Happy Holiday

We enjoyed a lovely week at this property. The house was spacious very clean and well stocked. Close to the beach, town and surrounding amenities. Very friendly and helpful owner. All in all a great family break.

Lovely property close to beach

We had a long weekend here as a family group. The house is excellent - close to beach and shops, and equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a short or long stay. We are hoping to visit again later this year. Thank you - we had a lovely time!

Beautiful apartment

Very clean, larger than expected and well equipped apartment. Brilliant location in Troon just by the beach and easy walking distance to all the places to eat in the village. Great for those travelling with a four legged friend. June made us feel part of the family and on hand for any questions. Would definitely recommend this holiday home.

Lovely cosy garden flat with spacious rooms

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Wee Hoose, garden flat Westview over the festive period. The flat was very comfortable and cosy. It was the ideal place to stay for the family. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough for a break away in this beautiful town. The beach is minutes away which offers stunning walks along the coastline.

Wonderful home and host!

Stayed here with 3 friends for a golf trip. We were able to walk to Royal Troon from the home. Excellent accommodations with basically everything you need for a very comfortable stay. June and her husband John could not have been more hospitable. Truly lovely people and enjoyed sharing a dram with them. Communication throughout the entire rental process was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Fantastic Garden Villa!

This 3 bedroom garden villa was absolutely delightful. We arrived to milk & champagne in the fridge, and chocolates & morning rolls on the counter. The place was clean, light, & bright, with super cute garden patios off the back doors, and access to the main garden - which was just SO lovely. The seaside walking path was easily reached for taking a lovely walk, or a stroll along the beach. June was the quintessential hostess, providing us with every comfort and always close at hand for questions or needs to be met. We felt pampered and so very comfortable during or stay - Troon is a lovely town and close enough to many local attractions, Glasgow & Edinburgh are easily accessed by train if you don't want to drive. I have nothing but praise for our stay here, we couldn't have been more comfortable if we'd stayed in a 4-star hotel. We absolutely loved staying here and it will be our first choice to stay in when we return. Many, many thanks to June for her unparalleled attention to customer service, and all her thoughtful kindness's to my family during our stay.

Super "Wee Hoose", great location and very helpul owner

We spent 3 nights at the "Wee Hoose" on our way to the Highlands. The house is in a premium location on South Beach, with superb views and with a garden (with rear gate) backing right on to the beach area. The house itself was just right for our needs. Three good sized bedrooms on the ground floor with reception rooms having views to Ailsa Craig and Arran. The house was spotless and very well equipped, including toiletries and we very much appreciated June's welcoming gifts. All in all it was a very relaxing stay. June went out of her way to be helpful, including lending our teenage boys some bikes so they had extended Pokemon hunting range! We understand that the Wee Hoose is being sold, but that June has another property on South Beach. If we came back to Troon we would certainly look to book with June if we could.

Once our children left school in Edinburgh John and I moved to Troon where we are presently enjoying retired life in the upper villa of this lovely property which used to belong to my parents. We love living here in Troon and hope that if you choose to stay in the Seaside Garden Villa here at 86 South Beach you too will enjoy your stay. It is a very quiet part of Troon and you can relax in your garden listening to the sound of the waves and the call of the seagulls! Very relaxing and good for the soul!

The double upper of this property belonged from 1980 to my parents. We always enjoyed visiting them from Edinburgh especially the children who really enjoyed their holidays here .

In May 2017 I purchased the lower part of this beautiful house and I am now delighted to offer this property for holiday lets so that others can have a similar opportunity to enjoy this lovely location. It is ideal for golfers and is situated next to Royal Troon and also the many local golf courses in the area. I have had several guests from the USA coming to retrace their heritage and to have a good time! I have had groups staying after a wedding to continue their celebrations and families often celebrating a parent or grandparent's special birthday or anniversary.

Bright, sunny and spacious accommodation. The standard of furnishings and decor in this property are of a high quality and this is reflected in the price requested. Having four bedrooms makes it a fantastic choice for golfers who visit regularly from all corners of the globe. It truly is a very homely an relaxing place to enjoy your break. The house could not be better placed on the beach front next door to Royal Troon! This summer (2024) an amazing custom built garden room was completed offering guests a place to relax and enjoy the seasons no matter what the weather brings! It has luxury furnishings, Persian rug and 77" top of the range tv. Sliding glass doors open onto a large patio. It is a perfect place for you to relax no matter the weather! The property is located close to the town centre (a ten minute walk along our promenade ) where you can enjoy a variety of coffee shops, tea rooms and restaurants. I truly believe if you decide to go for my home you will not be disappointed with your reservation!
