Very nice 46 sqm apartment with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with elevator on the street near Le Square du Temple. The apartment consists of:
- Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults), one armchair, HDTV, DVD, Ipod station, internet wifi connection. Coffee table, carpet, and elegant decoration. Window on street.
- Modern kitchen open to living room with fridge, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary for cooking and eating.
- Dining area with a round table and 4 chairs
- Large room with a bed of 160cm x 200cm, bedside and large dressing room. Window on courtyard.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin with door to bedroom and door to living room
- Independent toilet with washbasin.
The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Safe.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.
