The Space:

Welcome to this lovely 49 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Avenue de la Grande Armée in the heart of the 17th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has central gas heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more



The Neighborhood:

Avenue de la Grande Armée is one of the grand spokes radiating from the Place de l’Étoile, placing this apartment within a few minutes’ walk of the Arc de Triomphe. The avenue has a stately, residential quality, lined with Haussmann buildings and a mix of neighbourhood shops, cafés and restaurants that serve the well-heeled local community rather than the tourist circuit.



The Champs-Élysées is a short walk from the Étoile, and the Bois de Boulogne extends westward from the end of the avenue for walking, cycling and outdoor leisure. The neighbourhood sits on the border of the 16th and 17th arrondissements, both known for their calm residential feel and excellent local amenities.



For transport, Argentine (line 1) and Porte Maillot (lines 1 and 2) are both close, giving fast access to the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre and La Défense. The RER A also stops at Porte Maillot, useful for connections to the suburbs and the airport.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
