The 85 m² single storey villa consists of a living-dining room (with flat screen TV) and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge). In the sleeping area, 2 spacious bedrooms (4 beds / double beds) with private bathrooms for each bedroom (a shower room and a bathroom). A 20 m² studio with shower room and WC + washing machine.

Fully fenced property, not overlooked. Cozy garden, complete with a sun terrace with deckchair and garden furniture (barbecue available). Parking for several vehicles on the property.
