LEGAL VACATION RENTAL - North Shore Surfer's Paradise

Surf's up on the North Shore and our condo is ithe perfect place to Hang Ten! You'll appreciate the attention to detail, modern amenities and the chic, decor when you escape to our Surfer's Paradise. Our location provides easy access to the surrounding amenities, and we are one of the closest condos to the Turtle Bay Resort. Rest assured that 1 Bedroom plus Loft will be ready for you and your trip, as we are one of the very few condos that have a LEGAL vacation rental NUC certificate!

-Please note there is an exterior ring doorbell camera at the front door of the condo.

This is our "Home away from Home", so please take care of the condo as if it was your own.

We do not give refunds or discounts for "acts of god" or inclement weather. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case you are unable to travel due to Covid or any other unforeseen circumstance.
Please note that our license requires we have the names of all guests and valid government ID for guest that booking is listed under.
There may be additional fees incurred for damage, excess mess or loss of keys and parking pass

-By booking our condo all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and actions and fully release owners, managers, cleaners and any affiliates from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained due to Covid-19.

These are the amounts of taxes passed on. You are taxed on the gross amount, which includes your nightly rate and cleaning fee: State TAT (10.25%), O‘ahu TAT (3%), and GET (4.5%) apply and are included in your total price. An example: If Room charge and Cleaning Fee: $1000, TAT = $110, GET= $45 and OTAT= $30. Total Taxes would be $185 per required lodging tax.

Quiet time is 10pm to 9am. Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Service dogs are not allowed to be left attended in the condo at any time.
Lost parking pass or lost keys will result in a $ 50 fee for each. $1000 cleaning fee for violating our no pet policy and no smoking policy.
Exceeding max guests of 6 and parties will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund. Excess mess or damage will incur additional fees.

What an oasis on the North Shore. This well appointed, quiet, peaceful, and well stocked unit was more than we could ask for. The AC was ice cold, and the beach a beautiful 5-10 minute walk. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen combined with Costco saved us a lot of cash. The host was second to none and this was out favorite stay on the island. We were only 15 minutes from Waimea, 10 minutes from Teds bakery, and a short walk to the beach front restaurant, which was not that expensive. I would stay here again without hesitation. They have thought of everything here!

Easy check in. Great location. Easy walk to Turtle Bay and beaches. My kids enjoyed the loft. We used the wagon to take the beach chairs and boogie boards to the beaches. Everything was clean. We would definitely come back.

All the comforts of home

We really appreciated Farrah and Jay's communication prior to our stay. We could tell they cared about us enjoying our time as much as possible. They offered advice about surfing locations and other local activities. The property had all of the needed toiletries, kitchen supplies etc. We enjoyed the nearby tennis/pickleball courts and walking trails.

We have been coming to the North Shore since we were children. My husband is a former professional surfer and my children are just beginning to love the sport. We've always wanted to own a piece of "paradise" and eventually retire in Hawaii. We looked at many properties over the last 7 years before deciding to purchase our condo. We chose our condo for its proximity to the beach, family friendly layout and its chic, yet comfortable decor. We hope you enjoy our "Home away from Home" as much as we do!
