Rick was an excellent host and got us sorted quickly. Nice restful evening with all the essentials. Easy to get to beach access with beautiful views. Road was a little loud at peak times but not enough to deter a return visit.

Rick was great, the home is close to the beach but also right on Kam highway. It was a little loud sitting on the front porch but couldn’t hear it once you got inside. All of the kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies you could need.

Second time staying in Rick’s place and we absolutely love it. Perfect place for a family. We won’t stay anywhere else on the north shore. Perfect location. Short walk to Ted’s and Sunset beach. Short drive to the food trucks and Laie. The house has everything you need in the kitchen and on the beach. We absolutely love it.

Rick was very welcoming and responsive, and his home was very clean. He came to snake the drain on one of the showers during our stay.

House was very welcoming. Hosts were great and stayed in contact throughout trip. Close walk to beach. Ted’s Bakery is only about a minute walk away for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A/C was also nice if you’re not used to humidity .

Great property and the owners were very nice to show us around the house when we got there. The location is perfect if you want to just stay on the north shore and relax. Took me a little to find the street that was not dead end to walk to beach, but once I did it was great. The house was very comfortable with excellent linens, beds and towels. Very clean as well. Owner was very responsive when I would reach out. I enjoyed the mornings out on the balcony (however in the evenings and mornings it was a bit loud with the traffic). We loved this place and was very comfortable for my family of 4 and my father that joined us.

A great place on the North Shore

The home was comfortable, clean, and well-provisioned. It was conveniently located close to everything we needed and wanted for our visit to O’ahu. Rick was an outstanding host! Staying here made our trip magical! I would definitely stay here if we were ever to visit O’ahu again.

Rick was awesome! Quick communication. Cleanest property I have stayed at. Great location if you want to get away from the city. The kids loved the nearby beaches.

Amazing!!!

Everything was perfect! The location is great! I was worried about it being right on the highway but there was no noise problems or any problems with having to cross the street or get out of the driveway. All the beds were comfy, everything from towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, beach supplies, etc. were provided! We ran out of toilet paper about halfway through but that’s prob because.we had a larger party. The grocery store is only 7 minutes away so it wasn’t a big deal. We really loved it here and Rick checked on us through text to make sure we were having a good time and if we had any questions.

north shore real experiance

Upon arrival, we were greeted right on time and we were given a tour of the whole house. This is the perfect spot if you want to be near Pipeline, Sunset Beach, V-Land or Even the Ritz. It is 6min drive to Foodland and 20min to Haleiwa. There is parking and acces to washer and dryer. The backroom or master room looks over into the Pupukea hill. I highly recommend this property and it was super clean.

Fantastic Experience on the North Shore

Our stay at Rick’s house was perfect. It was exactly as it has been portrayed and described in the listing. The house was immacualte when we arrived and had everything we needed and more to fully enjoy our stay. We can’t say enough good things about this property!

This is a great house. Very clean and as good, if not better, than advertised. Rick is an amazing host. Close to everything on the North shore. Only complaint is the road noise since the home is on the main highway.

Amazing location, clean and great AC

My friends and I had a great stay. The amenities were nice and the location was great for walking to Ted's or to the beach. The front porch was wonderful for breakfast.

Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Rick’s VRBO rental! Rick was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. The house was perfect for our family—plenty of space for my two brothers, parents, wife, and baby. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to some of the best North Shore surf breaks and beaches. You can also walk to some great breakfast spots like Ted's and Sunrise Shack. Highly recommend for anyone looking to soak in the North Shore vibes!

Great stay in Haleiwea

This property has everything you need for a great stay. Nicely decorated and updated with perfect location. Roomy enough for 4 adults although we were’t home much! We were met by the owners when we arrived as they clearly care about their property and the quality of product they provide.
