The home met our needs and it was comfortable and clean. The hot tube area and deck are in dire need of an up grade. Had to clean the pine needles and step in the dirt to take the cover on and off. Also a number of the jets where not working.

The unit was as advertised. The parking is limited for larger vehicles. Neither the driveway or garage can accommodate a crew cab pickup or full-size SUV. Only a portion of the hot tub jets were functioning. The lower patio and hot tub area could have been better maintained to make experience more inviting. Windows could be cleaned to enhance the views. Otherwise, the unit was clean and well stocked. Note: that unlike some other vacation rentals that we have visited in the past, there are no kitchen supplies ie; spices, oils, condiments, ziplocks, coffee....

The house and neighborhood was quiet. It’s a tight neighborhood and big vehicles are hard when you have two of them. Overall it was a comfortable and great place for 11 of us for the weekend and close to the places we needed to go.

Me and my family really enjoyed staying at your home. We were celebrating my son's coming home from basic training. It was extremely comfortable and felt very homey. The hot tub was great. I thought it was a good price for the place. One thing I do recommend is advertising that you don't provide batteries for the Xbox controllers. Also, the towels in the master bathroom were pretty dirty. Perhaps provide coffee to go with the pot?

Perfect for us as we attended a family event nearby. Tidy, well equipped. room separation afforded family members privacy. Would choose again. Was glad it wasn't any warmer as there is a regulator on the A/C and I was staying in the upstairs room. Downstairs they were comfortable, I was hot.
