You will love this beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in building 10 on the 3rd floor. Bask in the sun from the private balcony overlooking the natural preserve. Relax in the spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo, and game console. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare your favorite seaside dish. The dining room offers seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter.
After a long day at the beach, take a siesta in the spacious master suite featuring a king-size bed, TV, sliders to the patio, and a private master bath with his/her sinks, a walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, and access to the full bath with tub/shower.
Other amenities included board games, books, WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, and all linens are supplied.
The Ocean Walk complex offers an unparalleled lifestyle for the discerning individual. Located on the south end of New Smyrna's beachside and on the west side of A1A, this luxury complex is only steps away from the breathtaking seashore of the Atlantic Ocean, a car-free stretch of beach. With the best amenities around, the Ocean Walk complex features 2 clubhouses each with a fitness facility, heated pools, spas, and BBQ areas, other amenities include a sauna, tennis ball courts with lighting, 2 shuffleboard courts, a basketball court with lighting, a Bocce ball court, and a nature trail that stretches along the estuary on the backside of the property.
No Boat or Trailer Parking Permitted at this Property. This Property DOES NOT allow MOTORCYCLE parking in the garage.
