We invite our guests to enjoy relaxing in our comfortable and cozy luxury waterfront condo!
We know you will love the amazing views of the beautiful Indian River!
2 Bedroom-2 Full Baths nice quality furniture and appliances.
King bed in the Master
Queen bed in the guest room
Twin leather full size recliners
Large solid wood dining table/4 chairs
See dolphins playing throughout the day by viewing from the sliding glass doors or you can go directly to the promenade boardwalk and see the dolphins and other wildlife more closely….
you might even see an occasional sea turtle or manatee swimming by.
Watch sailboats, yachts, fishing boats, paddle boards, and kayaks cruise by.
Look for the occasional opening of the north causeway draw bridge over the Intercoastal waterway.
This special property is located on Bouchelle Island & offers visiting guests many exciting amenities…
2 heated pools , 1 hot tub,
nice grills to use at both pools.
Shuffle board, tennis/pickle ball courts,
pitch & putt golf (you must bring your own supplies to play these games)
fishing pier, fire pit. (If you catch fish and choose to keep for eating…
there is a fish cleaning area and fire pits

This place was amazing. The view was spectacular. We saw dolphins playing in the river and even caught a glimpse of a river otter. The house was well stocked and immaculate. I cant wait to stay again soon!

This property was amazing. The view was stunning. We saw dolphins all throughout the day and even saw a baby manatee! The photos online do not do it justice. It's perfect inside and they have thought of everything you could need for your stay. We will be going back!

Condominium was perfectly located, squeaky clean, and very nicely furnished, decorated, and equipped...particularly the kitchen. We would stay again...highly recommended.

Spectacular Family Vacation

This is such an amazing place to stay and isso peaceful! We wished we could have stayed longer. Scott and Marilou were so caring and thoughtful to ensure all was comfortable and we were taken care of. Definitely recommend this beautiful condo and hopefully we will be able to come back soon!

Fabulous condo

Very clean and all the amenities anyone could want. lovely pools and great views. Easy to operate lock on front door. This is a five star property!

Place was better then anticipated, the view was great, we had perfect weather for open sliders & they weren't lying when they had pics of dolphins, we saw at least 10 a day!

Great stay!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this condo was one of the best! It was very clean, updated, and had beautiful views! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had a lot of extras (spices, etc.). The location is super convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach! Grounds were well maintained and parking is very easy. We would stay again and the hosts were kind and communicative. Thank you!
