House was spacious and clean, well decorated. Laundry setup and house towels and linens and beach towels were plentiful and quality. Beautiful home, lovely setting and the 2 pool options were a lovely break from the beautiful easily accessible beach. Would highly recommend this property in Morgantown.

What a wonderful place to spend our yearly sibling get-away! My sister, brother and I were so relaxed with the natural nature surroundings. The home was very clean and very well equipped. We stayed for a week in the second week in September and the neighborhood was very quiet. Just the way we like it! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others in a heartbeat!

Beach Bum!

This property is the best vacation home that we have ever stayed in. It was clean and plenty of room for our family! The owners were very easy to talk to and super helpful in every way! We will definitely stay at this location again on our next vacation!

Our second stay

As always, we enjoyed our stay at The Beach Bum. We slept well every night and the living room is roomy and cozy! The ice machine was the star of the home ;) Saved us from leaving every day to get ice. We hope to stay with y’all again! Thanks again!

Relaxing Stay

This property was just as listed, spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for everyday living as well as items for the beach. The location was just a short walk to the beach and pool- even if we forgot something, it wasn't a big deal to run back to the house to get things. Would definitely return to this property if we're ever back in Fort Morgan.

Perfect home away from home

The home was spacious, well furnished (INCLUDING THE KOTCHEN), and welcoming. We were there to fish so the ice maker was a big plus. It is also layed out well for a family stay. Clean and comfortable. Great locarion with community amenities.

Another Great Stay

First, Jennifer and Brad are wonderful to deal with. The house is beautiful and located in a great spot close to the beach. This is our 2nd year staying here. My grandsons love the Turtles Nest. It is a perfect place for them to sleep. We plan on staying here again!

Loved our time at the beach

The house is wonderful. It had everything we needed. There were 8 of us that stayed at the house. Even though the beach is walking distance, the golf cart was so helpful getting everything we needed there easily. We had a great trip and will look to stay there again!

Great house with a great beach

We loved the property and the layout of the house. It was nice to have the master separated from the guest bedrooms. Everything was in order and looks just like the listing photos. This was a great space for a family to comfortably relax and just a short ride to the beach! Would come back again.

Beautiful getaway by the ocean

This wonderful property by the ocean was a relaxing getaway my family needed. Located just a short walk to the beach. The home was fully equipped with accommodations for us to spend time together playing at the beach as well as in the home. The high ceilings and soothing color scheme really made this space enjoyable to spend time in the home when not at the beach.

Great Beach House!

My family really enjoyed Beach Bum! The owners responded immediately to any question. Everything you need is there. The layout and decor of the house is perfect. The beach and pool are very near...you can hear the waves. The house worked out great for us. I would definitely recommend.

2025 New Years is a Beach

The home was very well decorated and perfect for our needs with a comfortable master bedroom mattress. Note that the main TV could use updating. The home was equipped with everything one would need for a beach vacation. The location of the home was in a very nice beach subdivision where most homes were well kept. The beach was very convenient with the use of the owner's golf cart which was well appreciated.

Our first family vacation in Fort Morgan Beach Bum

We were excited to be able to book this property. This home is a great one in a very nice area of the Gulf Coast. The owners were upfront on all expectations and communicated well during our stay if we had questions. The home is very well equipped for any family and had lots of extras. We enjoyed the bikes and other equipment included in the storage unit. Our family is hopeful to return again soon!

Loved the Beach Bum!

We had a wonderful week at the Beach Bum! The property was very nice and just as advertised! Our only VERY SMALL issue was we ran out of hot water when showering a couple of times. We had 9 people staying in the house, so we learned to stagger our showers a bit! We would definitely come stay again though! It was a great location away from the crowded beaches near Gulf Shores.

Wonderful, just what we needed!

We had a fantastic week! We had access to everything we needed - towels, dishes, spices, laundry, beach chairs/toys, etc on property and tennis, pickleball, biking, and easy access to the beach via the community. We were pleasantly surprised to find bean bag toss boards, which ended up being how we capped nearly every evening. The space in the house was great - everyone had plenty of room, and we could have easily had more stay with us. Communication was great throughout and we felt both prepared and supported. Thank you so much for the wonderful setting to slow down and be together!

We are just regular hard working people with 2 amazing daughters. Mississippi is our regular home at this time but we are planning on moving to this area because we have fallen in love with Fort Morgan. The people are so nice and friendly and we love Fort Morgan Beaches.

We are in our seventh year of rental program and is in a perfect spot. 5 minute walk to beach. 5 minutes you are in the water !!! One of neighborhood pools is quick 2 minute walk and the other is approx. 5 min walk, Literally steps to each!! Quiet area. Nice views from both decks and you can hear the waves to just calm your nerves from everyday life. We hope you fall in love with our property and area just as we have. We furnished our with new furnishings! Price is right for location!! Kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook on vacation or close enough to local restaurants if you rather eat out! We have small air compressor in storage building to air up floats. Beach wagon to carry all your gear. If you like can drive to parking lot at one beach access point be there in 1 minute.

So very close to beach without the high price of beach front rental. Neighborhood is perfect for walking, riding bikes, running. Bring your golf cart if you like. Very close to pools and tennis courts. We have fallen in love with the sunsets from front porch. Just beautiful. Hope you enjoy our home as much as we have!
