With a quick walk to the beach, plenty of bike and running paths, this condo is sure to meet all your vacation desires.
8-to-10-minute short walk to both Coligny Beach or the shops and dining in Coligny Plaza.
BEACH BOARDWALK ENTRANCE IS A 4 MINUTE WALK TO SEA SIDE VILLA.
Bring your furry friend on vacation with you. (1) animal allowed. We are located at 25 Deallyon Ave. Island House #110 on the 2nd floor. All guest must be registered at time of booking!! See Rules.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all sheets from the beds and put in a pile on the floor. Please fold comforters and put back on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bringing more than one pet on property is a violation of HOA rules and will result in loss of $300 security deposit and guests may be asked to leave.
Damage to or theft of property will result in loss of $300.00 security deposit.
All guests must be registered at time of booking. A loss of security deposit, if you fail to register all guests no matter the length of stay.

The property was the perfect property for our family vacation, grandparents to grandchildren. The short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants was manageable for our aging parents. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The kids room was a perfect for our grandsons. Jodi was great to work with. It’s a small complex , so the pool was never busy and we always had parking spots.

Stayed here for a long weekend while on HHI for a wedding. Nice, quiet location that is indeed close to the Coligny beach. Pool was appreciated by the grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again.
