Family stay for college graduation

This house was perfect! We had 2 families in town for our sons graduation from law school. The location and property were exactly as pictured and lovely! Finally, enough beds! We would highly recommend this home and the service was excellent!

Awesome rental!

Our family (immediate family, including young children and adults in town for our daughter's wedding) enjoyed our stay here very much! Any issues we encountered were very minor and Kishore addressed them quickly and satisfactorily. The home was lovely, comfortable, conveniently-located, and well-stocked, well-furnished. Thank you!!!

Enjoyable stay

The house was clean, spacious, and centrally located with siblings who reside in the area. The trip was made to bury our late mother's ashes. We walked to the commuter rail for a day in Boston. The only detractor was the noise alert I received the first night. We were talking and laughing with football on tv in the kitchen and living area where most families gather. The only

Thanksgiving stay

The house was clean and spacious for our family. Good location. The kitchen could use a restock. Not enough plates/bowls/cups for the amount of people the house accommodates. As mentioned in another comment, the teflon pans are peeling.Kishore was easy to communicate with and responded immediately to question we had.

Family wedding

The house was in a great location and comfortably housed our entire family in town for family wedding. We did experience some issues that Kishore addressed immediately. We also found the house needed more items for the number of people the house accommodates (wash clothes, baking dish, grill utensils, coffee cups). House instructions and nearby things to do would have also been helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to the Boston area.

Family Vacation

This house did not disappoint. We had set up a multi-generation family trip. There was enough space for everyone to spread out, as well as have some wonderful family time. The kids all loved the large TV area in the basement (as well as the “stage”). It was only about 30 min to Boston, so worked well for us. We only had one issue, and when we reached out, it was taken care of immediately (and on a Holiday). We couldn’t be more satisfied. Everything was lovely and I would recommend this house to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Marathon Stay with family

We were in town to watch our daughter run the marathon. This house easily accommodated our group of 10 adults and 5 children ages 1-6. The house was very comfortable and had room inside and outside for the kids to spread out and play. Kishore quickly responded whenever we had a question. I gave it a "4" on the accuracy of the listing because there was a swing set pictured in the listing that was not there. It is within walking distance to the commuter train that we used all weekend to get into the city. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a grocery store, target, etc. We had enough room to park three minivans in the driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Marathon stay

The house was large enough for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Was a bit disappointed in a couple things. The upstairs toilet tank needs repaired. It would just start running every so often. The filter on the fridge for the water needed replaced. The skillets were teflon and flaking, so not really desirable for using but we had to anyhow.
