Little La Jolla Resort en Austin!

scott, Patty, and all their children stayed a week at Little La Jolla. I have to tell you we have had over 2000 guests since we opened our doors. and we have never had a group so polite, gracious, (felt like our family) and leave Little La Jolla exactly like they found it. if you book this group, this is what you can expect. Well we had the opportunity to host Ellen and her group last weekend. Ellen and here group have been getting together for 18 years and I can see why. The were simply Awesome, Friendly, Gracious and always Appreciative. And yes they can come back anytime they want. They are truly a 5 star group!

We now have had 7 Bachelorette parties. but we've never had one with the with the parents hosting the party. The future bride, wanted her mother to host. This is unheard of and a tribute to the respect, adoration and love those girls had for the parents. It's all about family and they treated our Little Lajolla as if it was their own... Simply awesome! Shana - you and yours are always welcome!

Stephanie and I recently had the opportunity to meet Jen and her group of friends from Dallas. The occasion was to celebrate her husband Chris's 40th birthday. LUCKY MAN - Each and everyone of them will always be welcome back. They were always smiling, and we knew that we could turn Little La Jolla over to them and never have to worry about anything. They all took the time to pick up thoroughly before they checked out. Come back any time Jen!

Well, if I have ever had 5***** guests, it would be Liz and her guests. Total pleasure, and they left Little La Jolla like they found it. It was also a please to her most beautiful Lab, Luken, short for Luckenbach). If you book Liz, you won't regret it

So Here is what you get if you accept Al and his group for a stay. Perfection, they left Little La Jolla exactly how they found it. They even washed and put up the dishes. I was so appreciative. These men were raised right. They also left us 2 bottle of fine dining wine. I just cannot say of enough about this group,- The BEST!

So the bottom Line,- Brooke and her group were so cool it was all we could do not to go party with them. It took all I could not to ask... they were my kind of group. We hope they come back next year. if they ever inquire about your property... just say YES!

OK... Kelly and Jill made this about Little La Jolla, However they were everybit the same. their entire family was over the top polite, gracious, and treated Little La Jolla as if it was their own and they had built the property themselves. if they ever comeback, we will roll out the red carpet!

Michael and his group are always welcome back. I was jealous of the fact they were able 72 holes of golf in around 32 hours.They were a collective group of men ranging from late 20's - 65 and it was like they were all soul mates. They were also a group that I wish I could have hung out with because they were so cool and friendly. Hence i wanted to give them their privacy and space. They are always welcome back and hope to get to know them better.! Ps.. buying a new set of Pings because of them! !

Cherie, while I do appreciate the kind words.... You and your family were the bomb. The condition you left Little La Jolla... Well, it takes a special kind of character and integrity. If anyone wonders, should I book this family... Absolutely book them... Thanks again Cherie!!!

This review is very disheartening. My wife and I have always tried to do our absolute best. (see the 40 5-star reviews) We spent the money and invested in our property to create the ultimate experience. We felt we had achieved the ultimate experience because we have received over 100 5-star reviews on three different booking sites including VRBO, their competition site and the site that you can create a business site that has your family and friends. If you look at the site that has your family and friends, go to messenger and search Little La Jolla Resort. Not only can you see the 5-star review, but you can see their collective group pictures of their fun with each review. These pics are awesome. What is funny, the very next week, we had another bachelorette party, - from Chicago. Boy what a difference a group makes. This booking was booked in December of ’21. I immediately reached to find out the nature of the booking and to explain the lay of the land. I always do this. I was burned on a previous booking 2 years ago. I was lied to and the group explained their would be `4 people, but we woke up to having 65 people In our home. They were doing drugs in every room, trashing the place damaged the property. We were traumatized. So, we always vet the guests to make sure we are a fit both ways. I finally heard from Rachel a couple of weeks before the stay, and at that time I did explain that we lived on site in a motor home, and my wife and I managed the property, and we were the front desk. The guests mentioned that one evening I barged in. that is not the truth. The morning before checkout I received a text from Ellie, one of her friends that the volume on the Sonos system was fading in and out. I explained I was on the road and when I got back I would comedown and see what the issue was. When I went to check it out, (I did not barge in and it was a good thing I went down) one of the girls went into the music setting and changed the controls and the music and the base had been moved to the highest setting and was so loud I was alarmed because I knew I would get in trouble with the neighbors. And that night I received a text from my neighbor that the base was vibrating their bed. If I had not been on location, we would not have a short-term rental permit. Lastly, I want to address the checkout morning. I explained several times that clubhouse hours were 8am to 2 am. I use the time before 8 to garden, remove trash and pick up, especially after a bachelore

Hi Missy, thanks for the gracious review... but in reality... it does not get any better than you and Erick... not just saying that... will tell all future guests that you and Erick are the standard... and they better be just like you guys. :)

OMG... HAD NO IDEA...listen Jean Louisiana, I have been telling our friends about our French guest and about how after a week you could not tell how they were ever here. How you treated and left Little La Jolla. Beyond 5 stars Maybe come in the summer some time.. Thanks Jean Louis
