Hi Joanna - thank you so much for your lovely review. I’m really glad to hear the apartment suited your stay and that the location worked well for meeting your travel companions. It’s great to know you found everything neat, tidy, well organised, and that the guidebook was helpful. I truly appreciate your kind words about communication too as it means a lot. Thank you as well for mentioning the footsteps from upstairs. While it’s not something we can fully control, your feedback is really valuable and helps us keep expectations clear for future guests. Delighted you’d stay again and you’d be very welcome back anytime. Thanks again for choosing the apartment, Joanna. Kind regards, Andrew

Hi Richard — thank you very much for your stay and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. I’m really glad to hear you found the guide helpful and enjoyed the comfort of the bed, shower, and TV, as well as the quieter suburban location with easy access to the District line. I appreciate you mentioning the washer/dryer combo. It’s a condenser dryer, which works best when smaller volumes are placed in the drum, so thank you for highlighting this. I’m glad the outdoor line offered a good alternative. Thank you also for flagging your concern about the backyard. I acted on this immediately. Pest control has already treated the area to resolve it. Your traveller tips will be genuinely useful for future guests, and I’m grateful you took the time to include them. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re very welcome back anytime. Kind regards, Andrew 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️
