Really nice!

It was a really nice stay there. There were smaller problems with the wifi but the owner was able to solve it, so everything was fine. The view is lovely and the garden too!

Tranquille acces à pied à la crique

Logement tres fonctionnel et tranquille à deux pas d'une agreable crique, avec parking. Bon rapport qualite prix. Les trains passent juste au bout du jardin, ce qui n'est pas frequent et pas derangeant. C'est une invitation au voyage même, pour les plus imaginatifs : mon fils les guettaient avec impatience. Tout ok donc

Schönes Frankreich

Wir haben hier in Anthenor einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus der Familie Perret befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage. Die Ferienwohnung selbst gehört als Anbau zu dem Anwesen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und der große Garten lädt ein zum Grillen und Sonnen. Der Garten ist groß und unser Vierbeiner hatte hier viel Freude und Auslauf. In zwei Minuten zu Fuß konnten wir unsere Badebucht erreichen und genossen diesen schönen Strand. Auch das Massif de l`estrele ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Dieses schöne und bizarre Gebirge lädt zu ausgedehnten Wanderungen ein. Auch Tagesausflüge von hier aus zu vielen Attraktion sind gut zu planen. Die Bahnlinie, entlang der Strecke Marseille – Nizza, trennt auf der gesamten Strecke den Strand vom Inland. So liegen an der Cotes de Azur die meisten Häuser vor oder hinter der Bahnlinie. Auch das Anwesen der Familie Perret. Aber der Bahnverkehr hat uns zu keiner Zeit beeinträchtig. Einen Gruß und ein Dankeschön an die Familie Perret.

Traumhaft schönes Reisegebiet

Wir haben uns in den 3 Wochen sehr gut erholt. Herzlich wurden wir von der Gastgeberin empfangen und verabschiedet. Unsere Privatsphäre wurde sehr geachtet, die Gastgeber wohnen unmittelbar daneben. Doch das Grundstück ist so umzäunt, dass es keine direkte Sicht gibt. Das Grundstück ist für Hunde sehr geeignet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Eisenbahnstrecke, die unmittelbar hinter dem Gartengrundstück verläuft. Da wir aber auch viel unterwegs waren, reduzierten sich die Anzahl der Züge, die täglich auf der Strecke fahren. Nachts fährt zudem kein Zug. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar u. traumhaft. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch. Schwierig ist leider die Belüftung, da es nur ein Fenster zum Öffnen gibt. Eine Klimaanlage könnte Abhilfe schaffen oder ein Moskitoschutz vor der großen Terrassentür. Wir hatten glücklicherweise ein Moskitonetz im Reisegepäck dabei. Da wir uns auf dem Grundstück auch nachts sehr sicher fühlten, haben wir bei geöffneter Terrassentür mit Moskitonetz geschlafen. Das hat bei der gegenwärtigen Hitze unseren Schlafkomfort sehr erhöht. Die Matratze im Elternzimmer war klasse, die Gartenliegen gemütlich und die Waschmaschine hat auch einen guten Job gemacht. Zum Glück handelt es sich bei dem kleinen Sofa um eine Schlafcouch, die ausgeklappt werden konnte, in dem Kinderzimmer war es wegen des nicht zu öffnenden Fensters zu warm, als dass dort zwei Personen hätten schlafen können. Wir würden aber wiederkommen.

Klein und fein

Es ist eine kleine Wohnung, aber mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Genossen haben wir den kurzen Fußweg zur nächsten Bucht, denn so war man nicht immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und Sylvain hat bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen.

Wir sind begeistert von der Wohnung, nur einige Schritte zum Wasser, Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit aller Komfort, Küche komplett ausgestattet, eigener Swimmingpool,Garten mit vielen Bäumen (Zitronen, Orangen, Pfirsiche, Pomelo) gehört allein zur Eigennutzung, privater Parkplatz, nur kleinere Beigeschmack im Kinderzimmer, da hier kein verstellbares Fenster gibt, schlechte Lüftung und geringe Lärmbelästigung durch die Eisenbahnlinie direkt neben der Anlage. . Sehr nette Eigentumfamilie Ich kann diese tolle Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Bien plaçé mais pas très confortable

L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas d'une magnifique crique. L'aménagement extérieur avec la piscine est très sympa. En revanche, l'équipement intérieur de la maison laisse à désirer : -ventilation médiocre pour les températures de la région ( fenêtre fixe dans une chambre empêchant toute ventilation et ventilateurs pas efficaces) - réfrigérateur qui fuit, salle de bain non entretenue (traces d'humidité sur les murs notamment)..... - transats très abimés A notre arrivée, même pas un rouleau de papier toilette dans les wc...(du jamais vu pour nous qui sommes des habitués des locations depuis 20 ans !

Terrasse et petite piscine privée très appréciées en cette période de canicule Appartement très bien agencé, avec tout le confort, cuisine bien équipée etc... ( salle de bains peut - être un peu étroite ?) quartier calme et vue mer agréable. le passage des trains n'est pas gênant Le seul bémol est que le linge de maison et les draps sont payants (et cher...) ce qui oblige à prendre une valise de plus.... le linge était fourni gratuitement dans les autres sites que nous avons loués et ce depuis au moins 20 ans.... Mais l'impression générale reste excellente
